We received the warmest greetings from the crew of Coast upon arriving at the airport. They assisted us with our belongings, made us feel comfortable and ensure that our trip from the airport to the island will be worry free.

We rode a van going to the port and from the port, we rode a speedboat. Travel time from the airport to the port is less than thirty minutes. To freshen up before arriving on the island, one of the crew handed us some wet towels and bottled water. Every member of their transfer team is approachable and accommodating.

We received the same treatment before leaving Boracay. With Coast, everything that deals with their guest’s transfer is organized and well planned.

· Beach Front Location

As a beach enthusiast, I love to wake up early morning to walk along the shore, wait for the sun to rise and set, and just sit and relax while watching and listening to the waves of the sea. This is the more reasons why for me staying in beach front resort is an advantage.

At the same time, doing so means easy access to every attraction and happening on the island. There’s no need to ride a van or tricycles just to stroll along the shore, dine at a restaurant and go to parties at night.

· Excellent Service

Coast Boracay is known for their excellent service and this is one of the reasons why they are on top of every resort in Boracay.

We were welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks, big smiles, and utmost hospitality upon arriving at Coast Boracay. They assisted and gave us a quick tour of what’s inside our respective rooms.

What I noticed upon entering my room are the two (2) personalized welcome greetings that they made. The first one is flashing on the television and the other one is inserted in the welcome amenities.

Their housekeeping team makes sure that our room is tidy. They clean twice a day and leave some snacks with a personalized message every night, which is kind a sweet.

· Comfortable and Spacious Room

One thing that Coast Boracay is proud of is their luxurious rooms. Coast Boracay has 71 rooms divided into 5 types -Deluxe, Premier, One Bed Deluxe, Loft and rooms located at Blue Marina Boracay.

During our vacation, I had a chance to stay at one of the premier rooms of the resort. The room that I stayed is located on the ground floor of the resort facing the pool side.

The first thing that I notice is the tropical vibe of the room. The room has white washed walls with earth tone colors and minimalistic interior design. The room is spacious, neatly arranged and vibrant.

The bathroom area is also spacious and has a minimalist design. It has whitewashed walls with shelves made of wood and earth-tone-colored accessories. Toiletries are neatly placed near the sink and shower area.

The room is fully air conditioned with Flat-screen Smart TV, telephone, minibar, work desk, sitting area, closet and security box.

· Amenities

Coast Boracay has two (2) swimming pools inside the resort. The first one is located near the cafe and the other is near the resort rooms.

Aside from the pool area, the resort also has a fitness area where guests can do their daily exercise and a massage room where they can have a soothing massage after a day full of activities on the island.

Coast Boracay can also cater events in their function rooms.

For souvenirs and pasalubong or Filipinos tradition of bringing gifts from the destination that they visit to the people back home, guests can drop by The General Store.

· Delectable Dishes at Cha Cha’s Beach Café

I would come back here again and again whenever I am in Boracay.Why? Great and convenient service, great value, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, and the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel right at home.This was our first stay with Coast Boracay. My family booked a Premier Room for 6D5N through Trip.com to stay in early June 2023. It included breakfast for three people for every morning and also sea and land transfers to and from the Caticlan Airport. The staff during these transfers were all friendly and never hurried us and the rides were cool and comfortable. Coast has its own twin-engine speedboat which powerfully carried us across in about 6 minutes.Walking into the lobby with it high ceiling, tasteful decor and comfortable lounge chairs, we were greeted by smiling staff who offered us hot towels to freshen up with and iced fruit juice as a welcome drink. At no point from Caticlan Airport to our room did we need to carry our bags. The first thing I noticed were the Happy Birthday banner and balloons on the wall and beds, on the side table a cake slice with a candle on it and another birthday greeting in icing around it on the plate. The flatscreen TV on the wall had a welcome greeting and a photo taken of us at the jetty.I need to emphasize on the quality of service we received at Coast Boracay throughout our six-day stay. All the staff were always smiling and greet guests with a genuine smile and looked you in the eye. At the pool area, dedicated staff brought us towels and glasses of iced water without being asked and bottomless soft-serve ice cream and popcorn was available in the afternoons. I called room service once to ask for the Netflix to be fixed and someone was knocking on my door within 5 minutes. The front desk accommodated all our room change requests (no problem with the rooms, just that our relatives arrived two days later than us and we asked that we all have rooms on the first floor near the pool). The daily housekeeping diligently replaced the bathroom towels, rubber shower mat, drinking glasses, and replenished the coffee ingredients aside from tidying up the beds and everything else. At the beach, dedicated staff proactively had beach mats and blankets laid out on the sand in the shade of the trees, brought beach towels and laid them around our shoulders without being asked, and also brought out glasses of iced water on trays even though technically we were outside the hotel. One staff offered to take our photo and told us where to stand to get the best effect and all the photos ended up wonderful. At the restaurant, the staff would ask us if we wanted coffee just after we had sat down and then brought it to us quickly.Kudos to all the staff at Coast Boracay for making our vacation an unforgettable one. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coast Hotel in Boracay, and I must say it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the experience was truly unforgettable.

Check-In Process: Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the hotel staff, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to accommodate an early check-in request. Outstanding Staff: I would like to commend some outstanding staff members who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Fe from the Food and Beverage department was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had an amazing dining experience. Deonie and Ram, the beach attendants, were always ready with a smile and made our beach days special. Jessica at the front desk provided excellent service and answered all our questions with patience and grace. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring guests have a five-star experience are truly commendable.

Facilities and Cleanliness: The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Whether it was the well-maintained pool area, the beautiful beach, or the dining options, Coast Hotel consistently delivered on quality.

The overall ambiance of Coast Hotel in Boracay is one of relaxation, luxury, and pure enjoyment. The location is perfect, and the staff's hospitality is second to none. I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return.
