LUXX Boutique Hotel, Boracay — Hotel in Malay

Upon arriving at the hotel, my Mum and I were greeted warmly by Luxx's friendly staff. We got there pretty early, but they very kindly allowed us to leave our things so we can walk around White Beach until check-in time.||||Our room was at the second floor and we love it so much! It's super clean, spacious, comfy, and the modern design is simply gorgeous. We love the plastic-free containers of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Wi-Fi was weak on most days, but thank you for the notice on your website. We love the bottomless complimentary water, coffee, and tea!||||Luxx is very nicely located at Station 2. A short walk to the right will lead you to Main Road and an even shorter walk to the left is White Beach! We love that we can ask for beach towels before heading to the beach. There's also a bidet outside the hotel to wash off the sand from your feet. Goodbye, sandy hotel room floor!||||It can get a bit noisy on nights when tourists pass by, talking loudly. Despite its close proximity to the busy establishments in Station 2 though, it was peaceful otherwise and we slept soundly all nights we were there.||||Our booking came with free daily breakfast at Chili Jam Bistro located at the hotel's rooftop. Booked for 8 adults, 1 kid, 2 infants (4 rooms)

Not senior/kid friendly since they do not have an elevator. We were given rooms located at 3rd and 4th floor. So my parents who are both seniors have to go up to 3rd floor all the time.

No direct contact to lobby so when you have to request for something like tissue or new towels, you have to go down.

Dianne, one of their staff, gave me a number I could call or text for any requests so I dont have to go up and down, but no one was answering to my text or call. So its useless.

Requested for room cleanup, they said they will send one up, but no one came.

My parents room had used toothbrush in the toilet when we arrived.

There were also big brown ants on the terrace. If youre going to eat inside your room, make sure not to leave crumbs on the floor no matter how small because they will infest your room. My daughter left a small piece of fries and the next thing we know, theres massive amount of ants on the floor.

I had to ask for Baygon (insect spray) because sweeping the floor will not do it.

The only thing good about this hotel is their proximity...

I had a bad experience in luxx Boutique hotel||(( includes concierge )) ||The stuff are so unhelpful when ||they help us they take commission for that or send us to their friends so sad to be there.||The Wi-fi is so bad .||The bathroom is blocked ||When we had our room its not clean at all ||the toothbrushes are USED!!!!!!! ||The bed sheets had semen !!!!!||The towels are dirty and its colored with Dirt||There’s No body wash or even shampoo only you will find USED and EXPIRED hair conditioner with unclear Lapel!!||||When we asked to clean up (make up) our room they didn’t come while they are laughing and informed us that they are coming now !!! After along time of waiting above 2 hours informed him that i will send an email .. they just finally came but with whole stuff to clean bathroom shameful.... ||I’m just wandering they’re 3 stars for what??!!!! ||||||If you want to lose your money and had a bad days come in here ... the baddest hotel...
