I wasn't able to take photos of the room we stayed in, but my husband and I truly enjoyed and loved our stay. The cell signal was low, but they provide free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout our 4D3N stay. The internet connection was strong and consistent. Upon check-in, they give you a paper slip with the Wi-Fi name and password.
We stayed in a condo-sized standard room on the 2nd floor, which was easy to access. It had a balcony where you can hang your wet clothes, plus a table and chairs if you want to sit outside—though the view isn’t anything special. The room had a double-size bed, perfect for couples. Clean towels were provided per person. There were no toiletries, so be sure to bring your own. The room also included:
A very cold window-type AC with remote A fan with light A TV with cable A wardrobe with three hangers A bathroom with a hot and cold shower that worked great and was easy to use, a toilet with bidet, provided tissue, and a sink A table with a shelf and a chair for dining A counter with sink and drawers for storage (Note: there’s no stove or induction cooker) Plenty of power outlets—three in the living area and one in the bathroom
The only downside was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. There were a lot of bug wings and some white sand on the floor. Unfortunately, there was no broom provided, so we ended up using our dirty clothes to wipe the floor. We believe they do offer cleaning services, but we didn’t inquire since we managed on our own.
Other than that, everything was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating—they always greeted us with cheerful smiles every time we entered or left the building. The hotel’s location is very convenient for tourists: just a 1-minute walk to White Beach and about a 3-minute walk to Station 2. It's also very close to Sunny Side Café. And if you need to go farther, there’s an e-trike terminal right outside the building.
My husband and I will definitely stay here again because of the convenience and hassle-free experience. Everything we needed was...

Read moreFAR from anything it claimed it was in hotel directories. Nothing like the photos. Generator sets were underload and they turn off the power supply for the rooms in untimely hours (not an excuse for a place that categorizes itself as a hotel even if a storm hit them 2 weeks before---other cheaper hotels faired better in the area in terms of power management). Sometimes the power was out at 4AM, 12AM, and then out for most of the day/night. You have to personally go to the concierge for them to give you the basics---towels, soap and toilet paper. Most of the towels and some of the blankets are stained. We were even given a stained bath towel with a hole the size of a grown man's fist. Wires of appliances were simply taped on the wall. No daily room clean up which any basic, certified hotel provides. Cockroaches can be found crawling under beds from time to time.||||Imagine having to walk around under the hot sun and you want to relax after a long day of frolicking at the beach, and you go back to a room like that at night. Imagine taking a shower and then the towel you are about to wipe your body with smells old and has questionable stains. And then the lights go out. Afterwards, you try to go to sleep and the power goes back on. Then it turns off again at 3AM or so. And you wake up from the heat and can't even charge your phone while you rest. Price-wise, I couldn't say it was cheap. It was expensive for such poor service and disgusting rooms. We could hear foreign guests complain at the concierge over a lot of things from up the second floor. And I can't blame them. You might as well check in at...
