Jollibee — Restaurant in Pasay

Service in this place is the worst I have ever experienced in all Jolibees I have been to.

Firstly, we were served food using a broken plate. So I complained about it and I told them to change everything. But I believed they just transferred the food to another plate.

I used my Happy plus card in paying. I was told to wait for the food. While waiting, I remembered that I didn't have some loose change for fare and it was already past seven pm. So I asked that my one thousand pesos be changed. The cashier told me that in their branch, they don't change because the next day was a Sunday and they need a lot of loose change. So even though I still have some load left, I had to deposit more load just to have my money changed.

I told the manager about it, and he told me that it was not true. He apologized for his cashier. I told him I don't accept his apology. I want the cashier to do it herself. But she didn't.

Bad experience from one of ur crew. First when i fall in line he bumped at me and i looked at him he then didnt say sorry. but i didnt mind it that. right after i finished eating i go upstairs for restroom its locked. And then i go down to check the other restroom downstairs if its finished cleaning. i ask him(the one crew who bumped me) he then said that there is no restroom. Im thinking.. So where the hell will i pee.. on the table? Sigh... i tried to ask the other crew if the restroom is ready he said "go ahead sir" and i said thank u....

The first crew that i mentioned has to be disciplined. Or else he will encounter other customer that is rude...

My office is near this place and me and my officemates regulary order here through the app, foodpanda and take outs.

In a month, lets say every week kami nagpapa deliver and it is the worst branch. Majority of the time laging kulang yung order lalo na kung magpapa extra toppings ka sa burger. I usually add an extra lettuce when i dine in but when it’s through a delivery app, i ordered twice with it and none came with a lettuce (thats 17 pesos for a single piece of lettuce) Minsan kulang gravy, kulang utensils, anything you can think of.

A very sloppy branch...
