My partner and I stayed here for a few nights during our getaway in Kraków. We both have said we cannot fault the apartment in itself, it was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, we had an oven/microwave/fridge/whole kitchen area, everything worked fine to a degree, we even had a balcony and a fan included in our apartment which came in handy! The hotel is only about a 20/25 minute walk to central Kraków which was doable in the day for us, and a 5 minute drive back depending where you were, we got Bolt drives back when it got dark. Bolt will be your best friend while you are here if you are not a keen walker, very quick and not outrageously expensive.||There are a few things I WOULD fault about this hotel. First one being the shower, the shower itself isn’t bad, it takes a while to heat up from freezing cold but it works with no problems other than the fact that when you go in it, it tends to flood up the bathroom. We had to pop extra towels down on the bathroom floor to soak up the excess water, and even when we did that often times it would soak the towel through within seconds and the floor would still be soaking wet and dangerously slippery. After getting out of the shower, the shower would stay dripping and sometimes even starting again ever so slightly for up to half an hour after.||Another issue we had was with the security measures - on the day you arrive before you check in, the hotel will send you a code for the intercom outside, enter it and once it works you go inside to what is literally just a dark and cobbled hallway. Lights do come on at night, although they are still very dimly lit which is off-putting. We noticed when we arrived there was no actual staff there, in the morning we saw the maid and that was it. This raised concerns as we were led to believe that the hotel was manned by reception staff until a certain time at least, but we saw no one. It says online the hotel is monitored 24/7 but I’m unsure of how true that is. On our second day we had got back from a day trip and we were relaxing ready to go out until we heard a knock on the door three times - my partner opened the door to an older woman who didn’t understand our English, we asked if she was okay and she gave the indication she was it still however shook me up given she came back a second time and repeated it. We ended up not going out as I felt too scared to leave the room. You may put it down to my overthinking but when you are in a foreign country in a hotel that is apparently now unmanned as a stranger is knocking your door, the security aspect is to be questioned.|Bear in mind that the area the hotel is located in is a fairly shabby area anyway, it has plenty of people around with shops and bars included so it’s not completely isolated however it does give off a creepy vibe, especially at night or as it starts to get slightly dark particularly with there being little to no staff around. ||We also found that we could hear the apartment next door to us a lot so ended up buying earplugs to sleep with. As well as that, whenever the person in the apartment next to us walked about, we could feel the headboard of the bed shake which unsettled our sleep. ||We weren’t up early enough to have a breakfast from next door but we smelt it whenever we left and it did smell amazing so I bet it probably was very nice. Overall, the hotel is nice but definitely has its faults and I’m unsure as to whether I’d stay here again - if I was to come back I’d want there to be staff in to at least provide reassurance to people like myself who are perhaps a bit...

From the moment I arrived in Krakow, I knew this trip would be special – and that’s entirely thanks to Piotr. As a first-time solo traveler, I was naturally a little nervous, but Piotr immediately put me at ease with his warm welcome and incredible hospitality.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was organizing day trips, arranging smooth and stress-free transport, or simply offering local tips and advice, Piotr went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference and allowed me to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Krakow.
The accommodation was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located – and I can honestly say I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return (which I absolutely will!).
Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines I would highly recommend and book through your hotel.
Thank you, Piotr, for making this trip not just memorable, but truly unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to solo travel.
Highly recommend –...
Read moreWe had a brilliant stay at these apartments in Krakow. The entry system is quite easy to use and the apartments are very spacious and clean. They have everything you will need from a hairdryer to tea and coffee making facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are lovely and warm and there is plenty of sleeping space. A bonus would have been some extra pillows and towels as there is no room service. So you get a bath towel and hand towel for the full duration of your stay. We had a small balcony which was a lovely little touch. The rooms are very light and airy. There is a 24 hour shop right next to the apartment block which is a bonus. The location is a 20 minute walk into old town, but if recommend using bolt if you need taxi services as they are cheaper than the cabs on the street. Overall a great stay and I would recommend if you don't mind walking or getting taxis to main...
