Smasher Burgers — Restaurant in Krakow

This is one of the spots close to where I live, so I sometimes order burgers from here. Last week, right after they opened around 1 PM, I was on my way home and decided to grab a burger and fries to-go. Unfortunately, the smell inside was quite unbearable, which made placing my order a bit of an experience, I had to wait outside while they were preparing it. One of the waitresses kindly brought my order out to me, which I really appreciated.

That aside, I have to be fair: the quality of their fries is always great, fresh and crunchy, and I usually end up ordering two portions each time. The burgers are juicy, and I especially love their jalapeño burger, which is perfectly cheesy just the way I like it.

I would strongly recommend that the owners look into the issue with the smell (hopefully it was just a one-time thing after cleaning before opening). Still, I can definitely...

I'm changing this review for fairness (yes, 24hrs later lol). I ordered the same thing again today because I realized it was truly a fantastic smash burger and I wanted another one so I ordered it again lol. I hope they won't use a microwave but if it's this good via Uber Eats...I can only imagine how perfect it is fresh...just being fair.

Original: This review is based solely on the Uber Eats order. Truthfully, the burger is delicious! My issue is it was delivered insanely fast after I ordered it and it was obviously microwaved (veggies and all being hot and wilted while the bread was soggy and smashed). Ordered 1 set of single smasher and 1 set of double smashers, got 1 set of double smasher and 1 set of double classic. Had to pay anyway since i was declined to change the order.

Lady at the counter were confused because there was no paper in cash register, and after hectically fixing it she repeatedly asked for my order 3 times (at first she asked for payment and i noticed that she made only 2 burgers, not sets) and after all she managed to give me wrong item and just shrugged saying she can't help and the order was done. Overall there's a visible decline in service since multiple places were opened. Was better when there was only 1...
