Residência Ideal — Hotel in Lisbon

I had one night booked at this place and had written that I would arrive approximately between 18-19. I travelled by car from Lagos and had a flight the next morning. Due to the traffic I realized that I would not make it until about 20:00 and phoned them to inform them about my delay. I spoke with a man who spoke good english and he said to that there was not a problem because they were there until 24:00. Around eight I was closed to adress but had a problem getting there due to so many streets with one direction. I also had a problem finding a parking. I decided to call them again and inform them of my situation. I called about 10 times with no answer. I finally decided to just get out of my car and go up with my big bag. First there was no answering on the doorbell, but after I white I got in and took the elevator up to the first floor. And now the NIGHTMARE started, the owner, the woman, was so angry on me due to my delayed and started to yell at in away I have never ever experienced before. This went on for 30 minutes. Then she got even more angry when she understood that I had to get out and get my handluggage. She screamed at me to do this fast. I just wanted to get away from there as soon as possible. I just had a few hours sleep and went to the airport two hours earlier than I had to. I have never as a guest been treated this way. It was really horrible and and awful experience.||||The owner also yelled at me for calling the wrong number, but the number I had was on my booking. I stayed here for one night. The family who run the place are very friendly, only the daughter speaks English but you can make yourself understood with everyone else. I was able to store my luggage here on the day that I left. With the 24-hour reception it is so-and-so, I arrived here around 7.30 am to leave my luggage and they were not happy about me waking them up at that time on a Saturday, but after 2 minutes everything was friendly again. Rooms are tidy, shared bathroom was tidy. My room was with a big window and shared bathroom, but I saw that some of the rooms that have bathrooms do not have windows. The staff was rude and dishonest. We booked the room online and stayed for one night. we were planing to come back to Lisbon a week after our stay again so we disscused the price with the owner (same as during our first stay). When we arrived we were told that we had to pay more than we discussed and got other room. We didn't agree to pay more so the lady got offended and kept ignoring us for the whole stay. When I asked if she needed any documents she only wanted the money and of course we didn't get the receipt.
