This was our second stay at Inspira Liberdade Boutique Hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The location is perfect — peaceful yet central, close to everything you want to see in Lisbon, just a short walk from Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, and public transport.||The rooms are spotless and super comfortable, with thoughtful extras like high-quality toiletries that really elevate the experience. Bathrobes and Nespresso. Every detail feels designed for comfort and relaxation.||The bar is a great spot to unwind, and perfect for watching sports with this huge tv projector and amazing comfortable lounge— last year I watched the Euro there, and this time the waitress and maître d’ even went out of their way to find the Club World Cup for me. A special thank you to Cleide, who works in both the bar and restaurant — she is simply amazing. Kind, warm, and always going the extra mile to make guests feel at home.|We ate at the restaurant in our last night there: service was great: chef sent us this complimentary humus with chips and salad that was the best we ever had. The risotto and steak were delicious.|All the kitchen staff cooks in front of the house and were amazing to watch.||The breakfast is fantastic — top-quality food with a wide variety. A special shout-out to the young man from Angola working there — always smiling, incredibly attentive, and just a lovely presence in the morning.||If there’s one small suggestion, it would be for the front desk staff to greet guests with a bit more warmth or engagement. They were very efficient and professional, but a more welcoming tone would add to the otherwise outstanding service across the hotel.||The spa is another highlight — peaceful and well-maintained.||We’ve stayed twice and both times were truly wonderful. We’ll absolutely be...
Read moreFantastic Hotel. We spent a few days here and couldn't be happier. They have their own parking garage connected to the hotel and the use is included in the rate of room. The rooms are spacious and well lit. For myself the bed was perfect and I slept extremely well. The breakfast was very good, as well. A big shout out to the staff, who is highly motivated. The first day we preordered the vegan option and in the morning they served us insane amounts of food. It felt a bit like they looked what they had and served us anything that was vegan, even when it wasn't really 'breakfast food'. We felt really bad that we couldn't even finish half of it and the next days we didn't order that option because even the normal buffet has a decent selection of vegan options. The only bad thing about the breakfast was the terrible coffee, that at one day, tasted and looked like weak tea. Without telling anyone the staff realized how we reacted to the coffee, rushed to our seats and and were eager to serve us fresh, excellent coffee from the kitchen. I can't overstate how excellent the staff was. From start to beginning each and every one of them seemed to genuinely happy and proud to work at the hotel. One day, at the breakfast again, the kitchen was understaffed and you could tell that the personal had issues to keep up with the work. Within minutes people from the front desk rushed to the breakfast area and started helping their colleges until the situation was under control... And it goes on like this. I really hope the management is aware of how lucky they are to have staff like this. Because of their dedicated work situations like the ones described above didn't taint the excellent experience we had. Thank you, if possible I...
Read moreOverall: decent, but would not return. Amenities are like a 4 star but overall experience is lacking, particularly considering the price.
Rooms: they are ok. The carpet is a strange outdoor fabric across the entire room. The shower splashes on to it. And worse, it is also the same near the toilet. There is no way this floor could be mopped, the underside is likely disgusting and full of mould. I wore shoes in the room because of this. The shampoo is an “all-in-one” low quality item. The AC works well.
Soundproofing and bed: At one a neighbouring room had a loud phone conversation which could be clearly heard through the wall, which speaks to low quality sound proofing. Can hear everything in the hallway. The bed was overall good. I expect a second floor room would suffer from road noise and the restaurants/bars out front.
Service: staff were all friendly and helpful. Rui at the front desk was nice. Housekeeping does not replenish the coffee in the room, so you only get two pods for the entire stay. Am I supposed to find someone and ask for more? They do nothing if it is your birthday, not even a card. Similar priced hotels go far beyond that.
Breakfast: decent selections but lacks variety. The cappuccino is very good, but you have to ask for it. They offer fried egg and omelette for hot items, but you must request it, they will not mention it.
Location: it is nice particularly if you enjoy shopping. There are many good restaurants nearby. The main tourist attractions are within walking distance, if you are ok walking 10km in a day and can...
