Booked this hotel through easy jet holidays at a very reasonable rate with breakfast included. On arrival we had been upgraded for free to the executive suite ! We were on the top floor with a private terrace balcony with beautiful views across the city and of the castle. The room was spotless with an entrance hall with free safe and wardrobes, clean bathroom with toiletries and a powerful rainfall shower. The bedroom had a very comfy large bed and also a sofa which was a nice touch. The tv only had BBC and Sky news in English but you could use the YouTube App so we watched this when chilling in the room. The windows were very sound proof we weren’t disturbed by outside noise but there was some internal white noise although we got used to this. The room was refreshed daily and clean at all times. |The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Right near a bus stop for the airport which is a 35 min approx bus. We love to walk so being next to the main avenue was ideal to be able to walk and within 30 mins be at any of the main attractions. It is in a mostly designer shopping area so safe and quiet at night not surrounded by bars. There is also a really reasonable aldi supermarket within a 5 mins walk.|Breakfast is served between 7.30am-10.30am and a lovely selection, a small hot buffet, and then lots of yummy cheeses, pastries, fruit, cereals etc with juices and coffee. The lady at breakfast is very friendly and welcoming. All staff at the hotel were polite and professional. ||One thing I would add that was not mentioned upon booking on easyJet holidays it did not say anything about a ‘child fee’, this didn’t effect us but thought I would add to make people aware that they do charge an additional daily fee for children and this would add up if you are staying for a while with...

I wanted to express how disappointed I was with my 4 day/3 night stay at Hotel Lisboa. We booked this hotel for the great reviews, but our stay was not like that at all.

On the second day we realized our TV and wifi were not working at all. After multiple attempts of trying to resolve the issue, the hotel staff said it was broken and we should get a new room. They called and said they would have a new room tomorrow. Over the next day and a half, I asked 3 times when we could get the new room but the front desk kept saying “they will ask the manager” but never got back to me.

On the 2nd night, someone broke into our hotel room and robbed $120 cash from my backpack. When we arrived back to the hotel room, our door was wide open. I immediately told the front desk and they said “There is nothing they can do about it and these things happen” they refused to let me see the list of who scanned into our room during the 1.5 hour time it was left unattended. That entire night my girlfriend could not sleep due to her fear of someone breaking into our room again.

Maybe we were just unlucky but the fact that the hotel staff did not assist me during the stay, and has ignored me since I checked out last week, is disappointing. I emailed them directly prior to posting this review to see if they wanted to resolve it internally but they never...

Had a 2 night stay here last week before a cruise holiday. Found the hotel to be very comfortable and such friendly staff. Loved my Panoramic room, very comfortable with a nice terrace with city views (room 705) Bed was so comfortable and spacious room. Bath tub is tall and I’d read slippy so took a bath mat with me. Reckon the terrace would look great with fairy lights, wall art and more plants as so much potential there. I only had breakfast one day as not a lot of vegan options (but great not vegan) I enjoyed breakfast and dinners at Honest Greens cafe opposite the hotel as more vegan options. I’d say all the staff are a credit to the hotel, so friendly and helpful, nicest group of hotel staff I have ever met. The gym was small and no free weights and o my weight machine was broken so didn’t use it but plenty of gyms have day oassss nearby. Easy to walk to the nearest metro station and to walk to the main areas. First night I went to Times food market and Bolt there was €4.50 but taxi back €15 so Bolt is better just can be hard to get one peak times. I’d definitely stay at Hotel...

This review is based on a 4-night stay. Check-in: A warm and friendly welcome. Location: Strategically located in a central, posh area that isn’t overrun by tourists.Transportation is convenient, and the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, markets, and tourist attractions. Room: A reasonably sized, clean, and comfortable room. The view was good, especially considering it was on the 7th floor. Breakfast: The freshness and variety of the products were good. However, I must express a significant criticism: the warning sign above the water dispenser in the corner of the breakfast area is extremely irritating. I could understand a “Forbidden to fill bottles” warning—perhaps if you’re only providing Fiji or Acqua di Cristallo Tributo a Modigliani—but seeing such a sign in the breakfast area of a classic, old style 4-star hotel is quite unpleasant. Staff: The staff in breakfast and reception area were very polite and helpful (especially the lady and gentleman in breakfast area, greetings to them). Overall: I was very pleased with my stay.

I was in Lisbon for 3 days and stayed at this hotel. The location is great as not directly in the centre of the city but in the walking distance to the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and with the modern bathroom. If I could, I would give 10 out of 5 for the breakfast food - really tasty, lots of local cakes, lots of fruits and amazing choice of juices. Highly recommended and if I'm again in Lisbon, I definitely will choose this hotel again. Thank you!!!
