Everything is absolutely new, apparently we were the first to check into these magnificent apartments! The design is very stylish, aesthetic pleasure ☺️ We lived in a room of 28 square meters, there was enough space for the two of us. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail - air conditioning, coffee machine, spacious refrigerator, stove, hood, microwave, bed 200 * 160. Soundproofing is excellent with the window closed. The shower has excellent water pressure and there is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion.
The location is excellent - a few metro stations or on foot and you are in the heart of Lisbon.
In general, we really liked the Numa network, we plan to use it in other countries!
Minor comments that are easy to fix: There are very few dishes, two flat plates and two small deep plates. No wine glasses. A bit dark in the evenings in the room. A bit dusty, apparently not all the dust has settled after the renovation.

The hotel is closed to a viewpoint, around 10 min walk. It’s a great place to see sunset and have a drink.
The check-in process was a bit difficult for me because guests had to check in online in advance, which I regretted that I only realised when I arrived. I then needed to stand outside in hot summer contacting the customer service to get my pin. It took around 20-25 minutes to resolve everything together with the customer service. Dealing with this out in a hot summer day was very challenging. They were more responsive on their WhatsApp than on booking.com. And it’s such a disappointment. I am in room 706 and there is no WiFi for 2 days which made my vacation horrible. Your team is helpless. No one offered me another room for 2 days. No one also fixed the issue. We are living in the world where WiFi means a lot and that’s what you have to provide as per your information, my job depends on WiFi and also this hotel is under self service what if a person doesn’t have data and your WiFi fails?
