The size of a 12€ burger is quite disappointing. The bun tastes good but the burger is small and too salty for me. The fries are thin and nothing special to expect. Even mc Donald’s fries are better. Even though I’ve ordered a menu with the soft drink, they didn’t have non alcoholic beer, so I went across the street to the mini market, and wanted to pair it with my burger. The guys have rejected allowing me to have my alcohol free drink because it’s been bought in “another establishment”. Despite the fact I’ve got literally everything I could (burger+fries+drink). So it’s not about saving money .. it’s about my preference to enjoy the burger with the only beer I can consume at the moment, which they cannot offer. Such a Portuguese attitude to be rejecting based on some fixed principles, what I call inside the box mindset. For me this was a disrespect to my preference. After having the full menu I still don’t feel full because the portion is small, especially disappointing is the service, but I believe either the portion has to be bigger or the price shall be lower. Another thing is the packaging. Be careful because the paper folder leaks through and all the juice from the meat is going through, which makes this folder useless. There are no normal napkins nor sanitiser, only the cheap small plastic napkins (the ones you normally see in pastelarias) Overall I think for the quality and service they offer it’s definitely not worth the price. Disappointing Experience – Misleading Hours and Unwelcoming Staff

We were genuinely excited to try this place after reading the glowing reviews. The Google Maps listing clearly stated it was open until 23:30, so we made a 30-minute drive to enjoy what we hoped would be a relaxing late dinner. We arrived at 22:50 — well before closing — only to find the chairs packed away and the staff already shutting down.

Despite the doors being open and me standing there with a child, we were told bluntly that they were closed. No explanation, no apology, no consideration whatsoever. It was an extremely disheartening experience, especially after investing time and effort to get there based on their stated hours.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly restaurant with consistent service, clear communication, or even basic courtesy, this is not the place. It may offer burgers and fries, but unfortunately, it lacks hospitality and reliability — two pillars of any great dining experience.

50 minutes (I exaggerate not) waiting for food from ordering at the counter until food provided. We saw at least 10 other people who arrived and ordered after us collect and leave with food. Our friend who ordered a few minutes before us had eaten, finished and got hungry again by the time it arrived. Approached counter staff 3 times (politely) and were just told its coming, it's coming. On average between 0 and 8 people in there eating at any time so not busy, it looks life they just messed up repeatedly, getting confused with bolt orders. Food was excellent but service was SHOCKINGLY BAD and the staff incompetent. Recommendation, put a system in place to manage your orders or retrain staff.
