We called earlier tonight to make sure they still had gluten-free pizza since I am highly intolerant and we had some there last December. My boyfriend had the regular one and we both thought they were not too bad for the price, nothing fancy but gluten-free options are rare so we decided to go once more. So we ordered and went to pick it up. On the phone, no one could answer us properly and we speak french, english AND portuguese! They still assured us that our order would be ready. 20-25 minutes later when we arrived... they were waiting for us, empty-ended, telling us that they had not prepared the order since they had no gluten-free crust!
