Sao Paulo 5, Prime Lisbon Apartments — Hotel in Lisbon

Careful, this is a fraudulent business. Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this place. The place has no reception. Communication via sms or email was very bad. When we arrived a nice guy on the street explained to us that he was in charge to let us know that unfortunately we could not enter our apartment because the room was not cleaned yet. Checking should have been possible from 3pm on. We agreed to wait and come back at 7pm. When we came back the room was still not prepared and we had to wait again to finally enter the room at 8pm. We lost half a day and had to cancel an already booked evening event.

The drain of the shower was clogged from the beginning and the dishwasher was defect discharging an awful smell. We gave notice twice but nothing happened. We spent 3 days with a flooded bathroom and without a dishwasher. Until today owner did not respond or offer any compensation.

Room is nice but totally overpriced, even if we hadn't had these problems.

Also house and flat are locked with a combination lock. This is very insecure as someone in the street could easily watch you enter the code and break in when having left...

Due to mass theft in the hotel, I've got my MacBook stolen from the room. Hotel didn't cared about the incident. Upon the arrival I specially asked the manager, if It's safe to leave things in the room, or they have security safe-box options. The answer was "We don't have safe box option, but It's absolutely safe and no one can enter your room". On the next day my MacBook was stolen from the room. After the incident they didn't made the refund for my stay (just 2 from 10 days stay, after enormous amount of negotiation), only stating that the are not responsible for what happened, but the points stated below clearly indicate that they are - After the incident it turned out that their main entry door was broken one week before the incident, making it easily accessible to everyone. - The same "master" pin code which gives access to all rooms was given to multiple guests - The room keys which make the room locks more secure were given only after the incident As a bonus they don't have any cameras in the corridor and...

Don't stay in this place!!!! I am still dealing with double charges! I have informed the property that one of the reservations was fraudulent. Booking was willing to refund me, but they need a written confirmation from the property. The property insists that I made two reservations and was required to pay. Booking confirmed that one of the emails used for the second reservation didn't match the email Included on my booking account , and they could only see one reservation, but this property sent them an invoice for two units!!! Two units under my name for same the exactly days!!!! I have to pay almost $2000 now, which should be $988. I informed the property about the error and the fraud. But all they care about is receiving the money no matter what. Please don't turn your vacation into a nightmare!!!!
