The location is terrible. On the top of a nowhere hill, In a residential area, with no shops or restaurants or cafes near. To get anywhere You need a Taxi or Uber. The receptionist is only part time over the desk, most of the time You have no one to get assistance from , like with the stacked elevator, or the broken lock on the balcony door which We forced to live open at night as well as while out of the hotel with my valuable at risk. (there is no safe in that place). In the first room they assigned to us, there was no place to work with the laptop, no suitable chair or a table, I mean any table. After a long talk they give us a new room. This one had table but lacked the kitchen, which is a kind of standard in facilities that stand for apartment hotels they claim to be. The cafe machine did not work. Nobody to complain, as with the lift and the outdoor lock, that stayed unusable until next morning. In the two rooms I saw, no place to put your trolleys. In one no cupboard, in the other there is, but strangely enough, it serves mostly as electricity source, it has two plug outlets hiding among Your clothing, if You dare to hang them with Your phones recharging during night. It is not possible to fill the electric kettle with water. The only tap in the room is in the bathroom and it is too close to the sink. The receptionist I meet was considerable rued and careless. After freeing Us from the stacked elevator, she left it as is and disappeared. The only fact to wonder about that terrible facility, is how it got such a high rating. Is the stories about the rating market are true after all or We, the consumers lost any standards We...
Read moreWe stayed here and had euros a debit and credit card stolen out of our room. We spoke to someone from the properly called who said they would contact us back the same day and still have heard nothing it’s been 3 days. We were getting text messages about where the card had been declined from the bank and seen it had been declined at a bakery right by the hotel. I went in and asked the woman on the till and told her the situation and what the card looked like she pointed out a woman who neither of us recognised from anyone we had seen in the accommodation. I asked for the police to be called and approached the woman to let her know and we wanted the card and money back to which she ran off. This made us feel really uneasy that anyone on the street could waltz into the room at any given time which makes me wonder if they even change the codes on the door after each guest? so we booked another place to stay which put us even more out of pocket but we felt safer there. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else would not recommend this place to anyone...
Read moreI recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Firstly, the check-in process and instructions on how to access the room were very unclear. Upon arrival, I was unable to enter the hotel as there was no reception area and none of the contact numbers provided were answered. I had to walk to a different MyStay to seek assistance from their reception. I was told that I should have been given two passwords, but I was only given one. This was very inconvenient and time-consuming.
The sound insulation in the room was also extremely poor and there were various noises throughout the night that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. This included the sound of people walking in the corridor, the annoying beeping of an alarm when someone entered the wrong password, and the crowing of a rooster starting from 5 a.m.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up with a sore back every morning. There was also a damp smell in the room which was...
