Dubon Chocolate Bar — Restaurant in Porto

In love with this place! Caramel sea salt is one of my favorite flavors… so I’ve had MANY and this is the best I’ve ever had! The texture, the flavor… everything. Such a beautiful, divine, little surprise.

The shop owner was so kind and patient and introduced me to some other things that I had never had before and was blown away. The thing I found most amazing is she opened this shop herself (yay women-owned businesses!!!) AND creates her own unique flavors and types of chocolates. She knows her stuff, so I loved learning from her.

The biggest surprise to me was the Canela (cinnamon) - I’m not a huge fan of cinnamon, but had to walk away buying a box of these for my family to try back home. Also, don’t forget to try the cocktails. Love this place and love the location! Only disappointment is I don’t have more room in my luggage to pack more delicious treats! Oh just remembered I was obsessed with the coconut praline chocolate as well… too many good things! Thank you!

(Also the location is absolutely adorable. Love the street, coffee shops and restaurants… a great way to spend an afternoon in a more quaint part of Porto not overcrowded by tourists. Just a special place all around. Hope...

Came from NYC for a visit and found the BEST chocolate we have had (And not only in Porto) Keren the owner and her wonderful staff created a calm, fun and delicious atmosphere. We found them so helpful in picking just the right chocolate for us with kindness, patience and a smile. This attitude felt supported and not overwhelmed by the verity.. We actually came here for a quick chocolate boost on a daily basis (a place the accommodate all ages of our group from our 11years old child to his 88 years old grandfather)

On our last day we ended up with gifts for our family and colleagues back home with ease and joy! Packaging was so thoughtful and esthetic

We highly recommend at east one visit in the shop - Definitely a MUST experience in Porto. And will definitely be back next time...

Karen it was a pleasure to meet you and your daughter. Hope you have a good vacation home. Karen is the chocolatier and was more than willing to explain where their chocolate was sourced and the way it is made. So far every piece of chocolate was delicious and my wife appreciated the freshly made hot chocolate. I sat at the bar and started with a delicious cup of espresso then asked about port. She recommended a white port which I throughly enjoyed the a cocktail of white port snd seltzer water with dried orange was tasted. I recommend this for the warm afternoon cocktail.
