During our stay at the hotel, we experienced excellent service from the very beginning - they prepared a late birthday celebration for my daughter, our rooms were filled with balloons, a birthday cake was provided, and my daughter was given a teddy bear as a gift. We were all immediately happy with this. Another thing we were happy about was being able to check out late.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable (2016, 2015, & 2013), with nice views. The housekeeping staff was approachable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious and various selections. We were always looking forward to it.
However, what really impressed us, was the friendly and professional Kelvin. Our experience at the club lounge was truly unforgettable, all thanks to Kelvin's outstanding dedication and commitment to ensuring our utmost comfort and enjoyment.

The mezze selection alone was a feast for the eyes and palate, with fresh hummus, baba ghanoush, and stuffed grape leaves, all bursting with flavor. The main course offerings were equally impressive, with everything from succulent lamb, tender grilled meats, aromatic biryanis, to a rich selection of seafood, all cooked to perfection. Read moreWell it is not the first time I went to Le Méridien City Center Doha. But this time was the worst. Please make sure of: Being checked in the correct room (we checked in in downgraded room at first solved after couple of hours) Make sure to check all the amenities in the room before use it. Otherwise you may end up with open toothbrush like what happened with us. When reported we felt like it is normal thing. The kid get throat infection and once reported they don't take any responsibility not in the hotel and not through the online system. Ensure the food you consume in the lounge is clean and there is no hair on it!!! Once reported they will no change the food and they will remove only the piece with hair!!!!! Make sure the room are clean. Our rooms were dusty and we get sneezed twice per second. Even the second day after cleaning it they forgot to clean the room and change the floor mat. Make sure to take your luggage with you before checkout or you will endup waiting for couple of hours to have your bags. I checked out at 2 PM and I got my luggage at 3:30 pM Please if they are fully booked don't report any problem. Because you will get one answer maybe because we are fully booked. It is like your problem that they are not ready to be fully booked. Besides its location the ONLY POSITIVE in this hotel was the LA gourmandise restaurant staff, chef and manager Mr. Khalid whose provide us outstanding services during the breakfast.
