While the atmosphere at Little Sailor was pleasant and the restaurant itself was clean, several factors led to a subpar dining experience.
Misleading Information: We were initially told the fish was fresh, but upon further inquiry, it became clear it was not as fresh as advertised. This lack of transparency was concerning. Inconsistent Quality: The quality of the seafood varied significantly. While some dishes were acceptable, others, like the Sultan Ibrahim fish, were disappointing. Subpar Seafood Soup: The seafood cream soup was overly thick and starchy, lacking the desired creamy texture we've come to expect from other seafood restaurants. Varying Quality Across Branches: It seems the quality of food and service differs between Little Sailor branches, which is disappointing for a well-known brand. Consistency is key for any restaurant chain. Poor Mobile Network Reception: The mobile network reception inside the restaurant was terrible, making communication and online activity difficult.
