Worst experience buying. Showroom was empty and I did purchase a marble table. The sales person invoice a wrong code number and they delivered the next day a wood table. After complaining, I did call 3 times to explain the situation and they called me back to address “my concern”. After that, they did call 8 times to re arrange the delivery and fix the mistake. They did request me to go to collect it from City Center - like if I do have a car where I can fit a marble table 😂. I did explain: it is so difficult to send a driver to collect the wrong table and keep the correct table in the same place? They agree to send it after 2 days. The driver called me 6 times - one time to ask for location, one time to verify the area, one time to say that he’s at the door, one time to ask if he can enter, one time asking where to keep it, one time to tell me that the job is done. In the first call I did explained everything to him. They do have an empty big big big showroom and they need to call 16 times to deliver a 600 QAR table. Worst...

BUT, the delivery services- well, dont expect too high. They didnt show up at the stipulated times - no calls, no follow up.
When we called the HRU, they changed the delivery times from 1pm (it was actually set 1pm-4pm) to 6pm, but the delivery guys reached at our apartment at 7pm (it was because we followed up again because they didnt show up til 6.30pm)
Once they arrived, the management didn't allow them to do the furniture assembly and installation in our unit because it will disrupt nearby residents (which I totally understand - because they need to install the furniture by using hand drill). Besides, its night already.
So the delivery service guy asked to come back the next day. 😓
I felt so frustrated. I hope that the HRU can take necessary actions and upgrade their technical service to the max.
I have allocated my times waiting these people to come up (almost 7hours), unfortunately, I need to wait for another day. Please take note that I wasn't the one who set the time...
