Boston’s — Restaurant in Doha

While the burgers are good, the service has become the worst in Doha. My last visit felt like a slap in the face when one of the waitresses spoke to us. We arrived around 8:30 PM, expecting to enjoy a nice meal, but were met with an aggressive greeting from three staff members, simply because we hadn't made a reservation. The restaurant was reserved for a large group, but instead of explaining this politely, one of the staff members found us a table and then coldly informed us, 'By the way, we have a big group coming at 9 PM, so you'll need to leave when they arrive, or you can take your food and sit outside,' while pointing across the hallway. I was shocked by their rudeness, especially since we had been nothing but polite. This was my last visit, and I will never return. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for cheap beers during happy hour, go ahead, but for quality burgers and great service, there are plenty of other spots in Doha offering much better food and experiences.

——————————————————- First of all, the food is good. We sometimes come here with a group of friends for burger and happy hours. I’ve tried a few from the menus and they’re all good.

The desserts are ok. I find them very sweet. So I’d stick with the burger. Oh they have very good popcorn.

However the atmosphere can be annoying as the music is too loud especially tonight! We had to shout when we talked. It was pretty stressful. At the end it’s a sport bar where people come to watch the games and to chit chat, the music has to be kept at moderate volume. We don’t need to dance or we would have to...

I used to come to this bar since 2019 after Covid they got a new manager and new staff, I kept going as it used to be one of my favourite places however yesterday I wanted to go to watch the Champions League final, I called to make a booking as I know in such events the bar is busy they told me that they accept only “walk in” and they assured me that there will be enough space! I arrived to the bar security refused to let me in there is a guy his name is Bilal he came to me and told me to not make drama as I asked for the manager since there is one guy who came and had a reservation, so I wanted to understand from the manager why this guy managed to get a reservation and I didn’t even though I am a regular, Bilal and another security guy with him we’re laughing while I was very frustrated as I have brought for the first time my friends to that bar to watch the game, it was very sad reaction from both of them afterwards the manager of the bar came his name is Rahul I was trying to express my frustration and my anger however he kept interrupting me and laughing at me, he definitely has zero sense of hospitality or angry customer management, sadly as a regular to this bur I would say I would never go again because they don’t deserve their...

My husband and I decided to step in Boston for our valentine's date night. It was impressed at first sight for me! The moment we stepped in before I could roll my eyes to look around I had one of the service staff welcome us. (Impressed) . The tables were occupied, but yet there was availability ( not super crowded ) we had choice, we took a table within the cubicle area, a table for two. We got served by Maksud the same staff who greeted us and took care of our evening. Good ambience, slow music makes it comfortable to talk, and yet feel relaxed. Made use of the happy hour, and ordered the good food. At Boston they have their concepts clear to deliver good food not only to the palate but appealing to the eyes too. They served a variety of condiments along with their dishes. And offer complimentary popcorn along with alcohol though I like salty peanuts. Their signature sausage was to die for and fancy too. Burgers are super filling. Food is definitely a priority, but what makes me go back to the same place is the service.
