Nomad — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

This review does not represent the direct services offered by Nomad but the lack of ethic values posessed and their greed for money. Upon learning a music festival will take place(hence the opprtunity to inflate the pricee x5 the original) they cancelled active reservations(so they can charge somebody else 5 times more). From an ethical standpoint, what the business does is wrong and the voice of the people is here to call them out. They are currently in the middle of a PR crysis due to the cancelation incident going mainstream. Threatening with police involvment only solidifies the unprofessional and unethical behaviour of said greedy business. Through this kind of attitude, they're digging their own grave. Bottom line: if you care about fair treatment of customers, this one's not it. While they are not the only business employing greedy behaviour, the calling out needs to happen. It's a pity that all of those bad reviews were coming only by yesterday based on a "vloger" who wanted to fool the market prices durng the Untold events, but he didnt. On his page he suggested his followers "not to send 1 star reviews", but guess what? That was actually his purposes and what really happend in the end. Dont be influenced by that! Its a shame that all of those "public persons" can ruin peoples businesses...

Genul asta de oameni nu au ce cauta in industria ospitalitatii! Pacat ca Booking accepta asa ceva , adică oricat de frumoasa ar fi unitatea de cazare, nu poti sa functionezi daca nu esti corect si nu îți respecti clientii ! Am avut o rezervare pentru acest apartament cu doua dormitoare separate, dar surpriza in momentul cand am ajuns mi-a fost alocat un alt apartament, respectiv cu un singur dormitor, proprietara motivand ca cei ce au stat cu o noapte inainte au dorit sa mai stea ....ea a decis ca noi vom incapea acolo fara sa ne întrebe daca suntem de acord, daca suntem din aceeași familie , daca putem dormi in aceleasi pat doua persoane .Asta e genul de inselaciune la care se preteaza sa poata sa isi dea si apartamentul mai mic . Da, ea mi-a oferit sa imi returneze toată suma inapoi ,eu urmand sa imi caut o alta cazare ...in 30 de minute imi incepea evenimentul pentru care am mers in Cluj, sau daca raman sa imi restituie 50% din suma....asa usor poti poti sa strici calatoria,sederea, buna dispozitie a cuiva... repet pacat ca exista genul asta de smecherasi fara un pic educatie la care banul e tot !
