Manhattan Suites and Conferencing — Hotel in Milnerton

I'll be the first to admit that I did not visit Cape Town at the right time. The load shedding was a nightmare. We were stuck in the room because we were not told that the lifts work even when electricity is off. After 14 hours on the bus I feld like a long relaxing bath but the bath tub was not working. Im guessing it was because of water crisis. The fridge had a rust but they replaced it before we we asked sk that was a plus. The transport was a nightmare. I think Manhattan should have contact numbers of all meter taxis and the prices. They should also call a cab for you. But they didn't offer any of that to us. There was a betwork problem and couldn't order an Uber and Manhattan was no help reallh. We did not enjoy our stay at all. But I still think it deserves a second chance when there's no load shedding and...

The coffee was average. The staff were helpful Place is marketed as a coffee lounge however no dessert menu was found. We were directed to check the counter. The place was filled with smoke from the fryers and had to ask them tk open the doors to enjoy our dessert.

Only while paying the bill were we told about the dessert tasting menu.

Wait staff couldn't tell us what a Fabiola tart was.

Booked on-line from Netherlands and on arrival there was a security at front desk who couldn't assist us in getting the key....we were told to go to Crystal Towers to collect the key past 10 pm. We collected the key and got to the suite to find that there was not a Baby Crib(Cot) which we paid extra for it We phone Crystal Towers and wastold that they don't have Crib etc after 2hours nothing was sorted.....we were left stranded and find...
