I stayed here for a little over 10 days and it was lovely. The surrounding area is full of great cafes and restaurants. It is very convenient to the airport bus (6011, Changdeokgung) and the orange line (Jongno-3ga) and not far from Anguk station. There are many different options in the area, including plenty of boutiques, cafes, and convenient stores within walking distance. I would recommend it to solo travelers or couples, but not suitable for large groups. 4/5 star for the room because the twin studio is TIGHT for 2 people with luggage, and the walls to the hallways are pretty thin/not soundproof. I had no problem sleeping with earplugs and white noise, but if you are a light sleeper I would reconsider. It was clean, simple, and comfortable. I also liked that there was no traffic noise outside, it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, the only noise was loud tourists in the hallway getting in at 2am drunk and yelling at each other, which was only the case on 2 of the 11 nights I stayed. The bidet in the bathroom was nice, shower was ok, I wasn't a big fan of the scent of the hair/body products the hotel provided, so I got some travel sized items from Olive Young to supplement. The other thing is, if you need the room to be cleaned there is an additional fee (less than $25 usd as of july 2024), but it was easy to request. Since there is a washer/dryer in the room, it made washing clothes and towels in between a lot easier, and they provided detergent. I didn't use the cooktop in the kitchenette, but having plates/cutlery in the room was nice. Sorting the trash on the bottom floor is kind of annoying, so I recommend just eating at a local restaurant nearby. The washer/dryer is a bit noisy and a full wash/dry cycle takes about 4 hours, so I ran it while I was out exploring Seoul. The AC is quiet and works great. I liked the softer mattress and pillows, but the sheets were a bit starchy. Using the TV was a little confusing to use since my Korean is limited, but you can figure it out with Papago translate and there are plenty of channels or you can login to your Youtube or streaming service. I enjoyed the convenience of the door keypad and self-service luggage storage. There is a cafe on the bottom floor of the hotel that is unaffiliated but offers a deal to hotel guests, but I did not have the chance to try. I had to extend my stay by one day and the staff were very accommodating and moved me to a single twin room, and I was short 1000 won for the cleaning fee and the manager was understanding. I would love to...

The room was extremely clean, with ample space for 2 travellers, and had well-equipped amenities. The host is very helpful, responded to all my enquiries promptly.
A big plus is the toilet bidet 🫶, and the washer+dryer made our lives easy.
The kitchen was fully-equipped. Even has a freezer!
The luggage storage was so thoughtful and useful for before check-in and after check-out!
Entire building is clean and minimalistic, attached to an aesthetic cafe downstairs.
Entrance to the AirBnB is private.
Elevator takes less than a minute to arrive, never bumped into other guests.
Keyless entry was easy.
Never affected by any noise, sleep and rest quality was great with 0 disturbance.
No traffic noise pollution as the big roads are not directly outside the building.
The ultra huge windows puts us in such a good mood, with natural sunlight and a peaceful neighborhood view. We were so lucky waking up to seeing the whole town covered in snow.
Convenient location and felt safe travelling as 2 women who would walk the streets at midnight.
Literally stayed in the middle of a food haven, great restaurants in EVERY corner! With some popular cafes nearby.
Pleasant 10 mins walk to train station. As it's pretty central, travelling around was a breeze.
Near Gyeongbokgung Palace, & Bukchon Hanok Village. Quick journey to Myeong-dong, Hongdae, Hanam-dong.
Easy airport transfer. Airport Limousine just 7 mins away on foot. Just make sure your T-money has at...
Read moreThe property is located in between the Anguk and Jongno - 3ga subway stations but I usually go for the Jongno-3ga station since it's with 3 lines, but I'll take buses and get off at the Changdugong stop which is closer to the Anguk station. Insadong is around the corner and there are lots of eat around the hotel, although the small alleys might be a little uncomfortable for solo travellers but it was fine for me.|Self baggage drop off is right by the entrance. You need to communicate with the hotel using either Kakao or via messaging services from your booking source (mine was thru Agoda) It was very easy since I've stayed at their properties in Busan (twice) and Jeju island once so I know the drill.|Room is clean and decent size. Laundry machine is essential for longer staying guests. The only complaint i have had would be the photo showing the shower area didn't match the photos on the booking source. The shower and toilet area wasn't separated so water splashed everywhere, and that the water temperature wasn't stable...
