The 3.14 beer pub is located in a unique area known as the Ikseon-dong neighborhood.
Based on my research, this residential area was home high-ranking officials during the Joseon Dynasty historically.
While urban development in Korea often erases historical traces, this place beautifully captures the essence of modern life while honoring its rich past.
Nearby attractions include Changdeokgung, Jongmyo, Insadong, and Cheonggyecheon.
If you're thirsty and looking for a place to grab a bite, this is the perfect spot for you.
The beer offered is craft beer, and Ikseon-dong is a great place to enjoy chicken and beer together.
I opted for the basil pesto pizza, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice, complemented by the pizza's cheezy toppings.
You have the option to order a half-and-half pizza and mix and match flavors, as well as a half-and-half option for chicken.

Read moreComing to Seoul, it would definitely not be complete without fried chicken and beer. It was our last night in Seoul and we desperately find our way on a drizzling midnight without any GPS to Brew 3.15 to sample their infamous chicken and beer. This place was located opposite CU convenient store (no 38) which we went in and asked for directions but to our disappointment, was told by the staff that he didnt know where it was. And lo and behold, it was just opposite us (no 40) but we didnt noticed it initially as the shop was dark, it was closed. =.=, Disappointed, we walked in between the lanes, to find there was Brew 3.14! And it was open at 12.30am! We asked the owner,David, whether it would be ok for us to hve the chicken and beer at 12.30am since, they are closing at 1am. But to our greatest surprise, he said, "it will be open as long as we (my friend and i) are here". We had the fried chicken and saucy fried chicken with tortchos, and try the crafted beer samples. Overall, it was a great night with great hospitality, not to mention a great taste in music as well. It was a really classy place! will definitely go back there if I go...
Read moreOne of the coziest and coolest pub/pizza spots I've ever been to! The atmosphere is absolutely unique – the walls are covered in international banknotes, giving the place a warm, world-traveler kind of charm. The lighting and décor create a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes you want to hang out all night.
The drink selection is excellent – lots of good bottles on display and the bartenders know their stuff. But the real surprise? The pizza. Wow. I wasn’t expecting a pub to serve such a solid pie, but this one seriously delivered! Perfectly cooked crust with that slight char, gooey cheese, and toppings that were fresh and flavorful. The one I had came loaded with olives, peppers, mushrooms and beef. Super satisfying.
Whether you're looking to unwind with a drink or grab a delicious bite, this place nails it. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out. Will 100% be...
