Visanta — Local services in Arona

The other Visanta's are much better, particularly the one in Santa Cruz. I went in looking for either of two canon remote shutter controls. A man offered me a very overpriced no name chinese clone. When I asked for a canon original (they are canon dealers...) he told me that it was impossible to get them in Tenerife. That's simply not true, two shops have them in Santa Cruz, I called. They are also on Amazon Spain. When I said that, he then said, amazon don't ship to Tenerife, which is simply not true, I have had plenty of Amazon shipments sent to Tenerife. They just wanted to sell me much much lower quality knockoff...

I called them on the phone to check if they had a lens for the next day. They confirmed, and I asked the guy to double-check since I live far from the store. The next day, I went there, and they didn't have the lens. They started telling me about other lenses as if it were a different color of shoes, totally unapologetic and incompetent. They didn't have the other lenses I was considering, either. The man repeating himself, telling me you can't guide yourself by the website and, completely ignoring that he spoke with me by the phone just yesterday... another woman working there like... yeah none of my...

Unreal ...staff is very strange and not very helpful. They make me fell like I was disturbing them 😂. I was going to buy few pro lenses but I just could not stand the way I was treated. On the end theirs behaviour make me to not spend single Euro there and leave the shop...I will travel couple of miles to Pto de la Cruz where probably staff has better customer focus. If I was running my business this way I wouldn't make enough money to buy a pack of salt... I would let them go as you loosing business keeping this two...
