I booked the economy room through the hotel site and asked the questions in comments if the room has 2 beds (which is nessesary for me) and what are the rules for pets as we travel with a little dog. When you book the room there is no restrictions on the site regarding the pets and rooms just common rules and the info that the hotel is pets friendly. |Next day the hotel answered that I can't live in economy room with a dog and I have to book standard room and pay extra charge and they also asked me to confirm that I/m ok to pay extra. I said that's it's ok to pay extra but asked again regarding the beds and I was answered that the hotel doesn't have twin room at the moment. This is significant for me so I asked to cancel the reservation. But the hotel charged the penalty in amount of the cost for 1 night. |It's a strange policy - the hotel can say to the clients that they need to choose more expensive room (there is no rule on the site that you can live with a pet only in standard room) but the client cannot cancel the reservation without penalties if there is significant moment such as separate beds. It's very dissapointing. |There was the answer in another platform that I shoud be more careful than I reed the rules but the hotel shoud be more polite and not to force you to stay in a more expensive room without any compensation...
Read moreVery relaxed hotel and definitely would stay again. We stayed 10 nights. This is a great base while in Cadiz.||It is in a central retail area. During the day there is some noise but in the evening this is not an issue.||Given its central location the rooms are small. However they contain a fridge, drinks, coffee machine, safe and hairdryer.||Massive positives|It's a small hotel and when I say the whole hotel was spotless I mean absolutely spotless. The cleaning team deserve huge praise.||Another highlight is a beautiful rooftop deck complete with shaded area, sun beds and plunge pool. The ability to relax after a day exploring was really special.||Each floor has an indoor seating area which is bright and airy. The additional space is a real positive.||Something to consider about this hotel is that it is a unique, old building. Resulting in a very creative use of space throughout the property. This leads to not all rooms having outdoor windows.||Definitely would recommend and definitely...
