The location of the hotel was great and it has a very stylish design, however I was a bit disappointed by the overall value. I paid extra for the superior room (160 euros) but it didn't feel significantly different to a normal room. Although the toiletries in the bathroom were nice, the tea/coffee in the room were very low quality and coffee from the Nespresso machine in the communal area was charged at an extra 1euro per cup. There seems to be little soundproofing so the rooms are quite noisy.

It was also disappointing to only be told on arrival that the swimming pool was not in use, as this was a factor in choosing it. A beach 15 minutes away is not really a comparable alternative.

I see on writing this review that last minute prices are available for around 50 euros per room, which would have felt like a much more reasonable price for what is a well designed but pretty...

Everything about this hotel will help you have a perfect visit to Cadiz. The staff are wonderful and helpful and the location is perfect. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and a short walk to everything including the Cathedral, the marketplace, the train station and the various Cadiz neighborhoods. The help we received from Esther and José on arrival enabled us to have a wonderful stay and discover the best parts of the city. The hotel is located on a central street that is busy but not too busy. Just walking out of the hotel onto the Calle Compañia located a few feet from the Plaza de las Flores and a short walk to the central market gave us a wonderful refreshing start to each day. And the hotel is a only a 2 minute walk (about 140 m or 450 ft.) to the Café Royalty and many other wonderful venues...

This place is really lovely, the rooms are great, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious (for a big girl like me, very important 😀). The room is well equipped, has a small fridge and a clothes Steamer which do great. The only thing is there was a damp, weird smell in my room. I felt so welcomed. Both ladies at reception were super friendly, open, and just great. Helped me both some tips for seeing Cadiz. Be aware that this place is very well located, right in the old town, which is great because it is easy to get to everything, but it can get noisy, no soundproofing at all. I would recommend this place and for sure...
