Hedges Court Residencies — Hotel in Colombo

Useless apartment. Staff doesn't know manners, how to respect their customers. Poor maintenance. Very poor quality house holds, A/cs (always breakdown). No proper maintenance especially swimming pool. Never seen using gymnasium by any body.

They are very tricky on charges, especially when hiring roof top party venue, they charge Rs.5,000/- for venue and refundable deposit they charge Rs.10,000/- which is never being refunded, they calculate nice balance sheet and explain they have deducted for damages,...

We stayed in 11/6 which is in a neat and clean building. It is a nice sized 2BR apartment which is well furnished and equipped. Friendly and helpful owner. Good view of Colombo. There are plenty of eating places nearby. The Dialog mobile company HQ is 5 mins walk at Union Place. There are supermarkets and restaurants at Union Place. There is reliable WiFi and fully functional TV with all the channels one needs to watch. The building has good security arrangements...

We live here. It’s very centrally located & a very safe place. Close to all supermarkets, next door to Central hospital & National hospital. Management is good. Pool is beautiful & clean.
