Food was really good, we had a peppered pork (8/10), devilled beef (7/10), hot butter cuttlefish (7/10) and a mixed fried rice (12/10). Definitely order the mixed fried rice. Service was okay, it took a really long time to serve the dishes, plus it came one after the other and not all at once. They charge LKR 525 bucks for ice buckets, which is ridiculous, no ashtrays they ask you to ash on the floor, even at the dancefloor. Bottles were pretty cheap, no foreign liquor though, BYOB spot (charge LKR 2000 per head on food). Always choose a seating indoors in the ground floor, where the band is otherwise, you will get bored. Definitely can improve the interior and the seating, because there is no AC and its warm as hell. Terrible Experience – Zero Customer Service!

This was by far the worst place we have visited in a long time. The customer service is absolutely nonexistent! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with complete disregard.

First, we were seated outside, only to be told that service there wouldn’t start until after 5 PM. Fine, we waited. Then, when we wanted to sit outside after 6 PM, suddenly the area was "fully reserved." Ridiculous and completely unprofessional!

To make matters worse, when we asked to speak to a manager, the staff flat-out refused, rudely telling us, "No, you can't speak to the manager. He will not come." What kind of place refuses to let customers speak to management?

The waiters were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Instead of providing service, they acted like we were an inconvenience to them.

We had a terrible experience at this place while out with a group of friends. From the start, there was a complete lack of communication from the staff. At no point were we informed about any reservations or given a specific time to vacate.

We had initially requested to be seated outside but were told that service wouldn’t start there until 5 PM. However, at 5 PM we asked to move, we were suddenly informed that the outdoor seating was fully reserved. Shortly after, a staff came over and abruptly asked us to leave, claiming they were full. The way it was handled was shocking—no courtesy, no explanation, just outright rudeness.
