Great food and ambiance ruined by horrible service+poor management
I’ve been wanting to visit TTB for the longest time, so I was so excited to finally make it to brunch on Sunday. When i called to make a reservation I was told only 6 pax and above need reservations and i could just walk in but I had to wait standing to get a table. The indoor seating was super loud, cramped and crowded when I arrived. Myself and my friends had to put in some effort to catch the attention of a waiter just to order the food. Music was so loud we couldn’t hear what the person next to us was talking let alone the waiters. We were frustrated to learn that almost half of the menu including the signature burgers weren’t available. However after placing the order we had to wait for, believe it or not, more than one and half hours to get the food!! How ridiculous? We had to literally beg the waiters to bring us the food. If weren’t starving to death we would have left for sure. When we tried to check on what the delay was the staff purposely ignored us many times and one even had the audacity to say it’s their busiest time of the week so we have to wait. Another waiter took our order all over again. Finally after receiving the food we had to wait some more just to get the cutlery and had to remind many times more for some water. Such a horrible experience for a bunch of friends who met after years. But just when I thought this experience can’t get any worse I suffered a gastritis attack plus a migraine because of starving for so long amidst ear...
Read moreHad heard so many great reviews about this place and was really excited to visit! However did not have the greatest experience and will probably not visit again! Went for brunch on Saturday afternoon, it was full inside so we sat outside and placed our order. At the time of ordering our waiter informed it was quite busy so the food order will take around 40 minutes, which we were okay with and asked if there were any starters that could be ordered which would come sooner, they said fries can be ordered which will come in 15 minutes. We had a few drinks and were waiting for almost an hour when we got the attention of a waiter and inquired where our food was when we saw someone who had come after us getting their food before us. He went in to check and then came out with our food [mr crab & loaded crusty kukula] as well as our fries [no it never came earlier]. Since we were prepared for the wait anyway we weren't too fussed, but then we had the food and it was cold! Which means the food was out for atleast 20-25 minutes and they had forgotten to bring our order, which is horrible.. They had also despite us saying loaded krusty kukula [advertised on IG], only brought the normal krusty kukula. Hope this is a one-off and they focus on increasing their number of waiters and pay attention to the food that is already prepared by the kitchen and give it out to customers without keeping it out...
