OESIS - GALLE — Hotel in Galle

To Airbnb users: My experience at OESIS Villa was extremely disappointing. We were a group of three, but due to a booking error, only one guest was listed. Upon arrival, the caretaker insisted that only one bedroom was prepared as for the host they prepare the number of room according to the number of guests although O have booked and paid for the whole villa which has 3 bedrooms. I updated the reservation on Airbnb, and the host agreed to prepare the extra room. However, after a long wait, I was informed by the caretaker that the host had canceled our reservation and asked us to leave immediately. This occurred after I mentioned that I would file a complaint with Airbnb regarding the host's failure to provide the full accommodation as booked. The host's tactic was clearly to avoid a negative review and maintain their superhost status. Not that only, but the caretaker started to record us without our consent and stopped when we said we will go to the police. This was a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone, and if anyone booked this property make sure that you get all the rooms whether you're going to use...

Very Impolite !!!‼️ Never understand Customers. We were sent out early‼️‼️ Said will pay 10,000 extra and give us checkout at 1pm still owner didn't agree even he didn't have any bookings next day. Doesn't understand customer mind at all !!! We were asked to checkout at 11am doesn't matter what!!! Even a five star hotel would give late checkout but this place without even a proper License doesn't understand National Laws about checkout Timing.

If you need a pleasant stay then don't even be here for a Rain.

This is a “well-sold” house based on the photos - with a low level of comfort. The discomfort is caused by the huge amount of dirt in the house. Hairs and dust on the floor, dirt in the corners. There are many carpets in the house that are dirty, dusty, and stained. Dirty textiles on the dining table. And so on. When we arrived, I asked the owner to vacuum, but he said that it was vacuumed in the morning.
