以前在新竹上班時的最愛店之一,現在重新裝潢後再訪,感覺熟悉又新鮮。 每次來一定要點一份水餃+酸辣湯,這組合簡直是經典。 水餃本身紮實多汁,加上店家附的榨菜一起吃,整個鹹香層次直接升級!
這次也試了紅燒牛肋湯,味道偏重口,建議當作主菜搭麵吃,比較不適合當湯單喝。 滷味部分絕對不能錯過:牛筋、牛肚、豆乾每樣都很有水準! 牛筋燉得超軟爛,牛肚有嚼勁,豆乾也超級入味,配上他們的蒜蓉辣醬真的絕配。
老味道還在,整體升級,值得再回來!

Zhai Jiu Noodles – My Go-To Spot in Hsinchu Is Still Going Strong
Back when I used to work in Hsinchu, this was one of my favorite lunch spots. Now that they’ve remodeled, I dropped by again – and happy to say, it’s still just as good.
My usual go-to: dumplings with hot & sour soup – classic combo. The dumplings are juicy and flavorful, and when eaten with their pickled mustard (zhà cài), it’s next-level delicious.
I also tried the braised beef rib soup this time – tasty but quite salty, better paired with noodles than sipped alone. The braised platter is a must – especially the beef tendon, tripe, and tofu. The tendon melts in your mouth, the tripe is nicely chewy, and the tofu soaks up all the flavor. Add their garlic chili sauce – chef’s kiss.
Still a solid favorite, now with an updated vibe.
