大海拉麵 — Restaurant in Hsinchu

One of the best ramen places in Hsinchu, which is conveniently located across Big City Mall. For a relatively cheap price (~120-180 NTD), you can enjoy a huge bowl of ramen with generous portions of noodles, broth and vegetable garnishing topped with thick slices of pork. You have a choice in terms of how hard or soft you want your noodles, and the level of spiciness for your broth.

After enjoying a warm, comforting bowl of ramen I usually walk a few meters away to grab some Tiger Sugar Milk Tea to cap off the Big City food trip!

Best Ramen in Hsinchu. This new location has bigger space and faster accomodating customers.

The menu are as previously served in older location near to Hsinchu Train Station. Currently the have bigger meat on the Ramen that made it tastes more delicious.

As usual, you can choose density of the brooth (Light, Medium, Strong). Personally, I love the strong one because...

🎈 首先要稱讚碗內的三大塊叉燒
口感厚實有嚼勁飽足感upup 麵條可以客製化調整軟硬度或者換成粗麵 湯頭濃淡也可以做調整
但因為地獄拉麵已經辣油來做提味 所以點到小辣搭配普通就滿有濃郁的 喝起來不會太死
(同行朋友點的濃湯就偏鹹，喜歡重口味的朋友可以試試)
整體而言湯頭、麵條、叉燒拉麵三元素都兼顧得非常好 份量也很足夠
另外也有可樂餅、炸餃子等炸物提供選擇 表現尚可沒有特別驚豔但還可以接受
🎈 用餐時間很容易爆滿
但因為翻桌率滿高的所以也不會等待過久 不過用餐空間偏狹窄大概20個左右
相對起來沒有那麼舒適
但還算是C/P值非常高
價格便宜、份量也算滿多的
聽說他們家的咖喱飯也很濃郁
