EISEN bistro — Restaurant in Hsinchu

First off, don't pressure the customers by telling them of a 2 hour limit and then trying to rush them through the meal, especially when it's not busy.

Don't bother with the fried seafood with squid ink. While the seafood was prepared well, the batter added nothing but novelty (and a charcoal appearance to the dish. It was also underseasoned.

The pigs knuckles were not meaty meat as others' reviews had stated.

And finally, and most importantly, if Im paying for a prime rib steak, don't cut it up. I'd like to see the steak whole, and it's better for the resting process. I can cut my own steak. And please, get used to the roasted garlic accompaniment. It has no use on the plate. Also, once the steak is served, do not request the diner to taste it in front of you. It's bad manners .

In the end, the servers lightened up, and we were able to enjoy the company of our guests without...

I would give 4 stars to the cuisine, but 1 star to the service. The server did not provide any help on menu introduction to us; however, we've found she did not do so to all the other guests. One of the servers even put the plate on my glass when serving the dish??? What's more, after finished the main dish, we waited for about half an hour and having no server to clean up the table. We requested by ourselves and there was finally a clean-up.

鴨腿香拌飯的部分香氣十足 鴨腿處理得很好外酥內軟好撕好分食 雖然味道稍嫌唐突（彩椒的部分啦.... 剝皮辣椒雞腿細扁麵還不錯 微辣不算重口味搭配雞腿剛剛好 特別推薦焗烤手撕麵包球 麵包鬆軟味道濃郁香氣逼人分食好選擇 整體而言每道都不錯😊 乍看以為很調皮的組合 卻都是味覺的全新體驗

用餐環境非常良好氣氛很棒 無論是帶長輩來聚餐還是帶著情人享受浪漫都是不二選擇 只能稱讚一下喬桌子系列真的很用心 三家不同風格的店都別出心裁各有千秋 雖然價位上稍微高一點點 不過對於味覺饗宴跟良好氣氛而言 C/P值都有在水準之上 （私心最喜歡這家，大推👍）
