English: Dining Experience Feedback
We recently dined at your restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the high standards we’ve come to expect from Paul. Having visited many different Paul branches, both locally and internationally, we were disappointed by several aspects of our visit to this location.
Food Quality: The food was not seasoned properly. Despite my companion generally preferring less salty food and rarely adding extra sauces, she found the dishes to be so bland that she had to use black pepper, tomato sauce, and salad dressing to add flavor. This was quite unexpected, given the consistent quality we’ve experienced at other Paul branches. We also noticed that a recent Google review had mentioned the same issue regarding the blandness of the food, which suggests that this is not an isolated incident. Slow Service: Our order was placed at 16:08, yet the food did not arrive until 16:32, meaning we had to wait 24 minutes for a dish that is typically served as brunch. This delay was frustrating, especially since we tried to raise the issue with the waitress, who neither apologized nor seemed concerned. The manager was also indifferent to our complaint, which only added to our dissatisfaction. Upon checking recent reviews, I noticed that other customers have also commented on the slow service. Delayed Drinks: When placing our order, we were asked if we wanted our drinks right away, to which we said yes. However, we didn’t receive them until 16:32, the same time the food arrived. It’s hard to understand why it took 24 minutes to serve a simple apple juice and tea. When we inquired about the delay, the waitress responded with a vague "Okay, please wait a moment," but no further action was taken. We saw her inform the bald manager, but he, too, failed to address the situation. Kids' Meal: I ordered the kids' meal, which was spaghetti with meatballs, and was surprised to find a large chunk of garlic in the dish. Given that this is a meal intended for children, this is concerning. A large piece of garlic not only poses a choking hazard but can also be too spicy for children, who may find garlic overwhelming. I urge you to review the preparation standards for kids' meals to ensure such issues are avoided in the future. Uninformed Staff: When we asked the waitress what time the restaurant closes, she did not know the answer. This reflects poorly on the level of training provided to the staff. It is essential that all employees are aware of basic information such as operating hours.
Overall, we are big fans of Paul and have had consistently great experiences at other locations. However, this particular branch did not live up to the usual standards. I have noticed similar feedback from other customers, so perhaps it's time to address these recurring issues and ensure the high standards Paul is known for are...
Read moreThis is the newly opened branch of Paul’s - French food at a price. Everything we had was pleasant especially the fish and chips that my niece ordered. The service was a bit mixed with things coming at different times, but that might be the odd of what’s an appetiser and what is a main (fish and chips was a appetiser, as was my side portion of fries?). Unfortunately we didn’t eat dessert which looked nice. Overall a nice environment with pleasant food, I wasn’t wowed by anything and it was slightly expensive, but overall a...

Three combination is very good, it feels like out side of cake is crispy but middle layer is vey soft, sweet creams. Once you try it, you will love it. Highly recommended to try. One of the best cake in...
