This is an old shop-house building from about 1880 or thereabouts which has been sympathetically restored and renovated they have decorated in the vintage-retro style throughout. This is a small boutique hotel. There is a rabbit theme as at least one of the owners was born in the year of the rabbit. The plastic foliage in the lobby/restaurant is quite extensive and unusual. The room was very quiet and comfortable with good aircon and also a dehumidifier in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast is a la carte which you have to order the night before. All the staff were great and very helpful. This area is a great location close to Khao san road the grand palace Wat Arun and all the old town areas. Parking is a bit of an issue as there are very limited places. Also the Wifi seemed very slow and you are continually logged out which gets very annoying after a while, as you need to keep typing in the username and password. These two things are relatively minor for such...

The staff were so friendly and helpful (they even packed breakfast to go for us when we checked out at 4 am), the breakfast each day was tasty (get the Thai breakfast!), and the room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The “CEO” (a cute little well behaved dog) sits behind the desk sometimes.
The hotel is in a converted historic home and they preserved a lot of the details. The neighborhood was very walkable and felt very safe. Our room was 2 bedrooms with a bathroom at the front of the house — it was quiet and we slept well.
It’s such a quirky and cute place, we are so glad we were able...
