The nice thing about this place is its location. The walk to Kaosan road is around 2 minutes, there is a 7/11 1 minute away too. The place has a nice, cozy atmosphere, the community built around it is nice, so are the guests. Prices are extremely good for the area as well. The place has quite a few problems too. Some of the staff weren't as friendly. Bathrooms are shared (which is fine) but they were very dirty. The floors were wet (shower inside the toilet) and covered in dirt, which is a problem since shoes are not allowed upstairs and you just have to be barefoot. The rooms weren't so nice either. We got a double room, it was extremely tiny. The bedsheets quite literally had stains and holes in them. There were small bugs everywhere and the walls felt like cardboard, providing no sound isolation. We were woken up by people chatting outside our room quite a few times. Luckily, we only stayed one night, next time we'd rather choose another place. Overall, it's worth the price. For £12 a night it's probably the best place...
