I can't believe how much you can get for so little at a place like this. I stayed here for three nights, including a cooked breakfast and waters, for less than what it would cost for one night in a low budget hotel in most parts of the world.||The staff was great and asks you for your breakfast order the night before. Even when I was leaving really early for departure, they had a sandwich ready for me. They offered advice and recommendations, and were always so helpful. Plus the rooms were very clean, nice and comfy. They are tiny, but so are many places in Thailand. What many other boutique hotels like this don't have is a beautiful pool area to hang out. That is where I ate breakfast and chilled a couple of times. The location is also great and none of the Grabs or tours had any issue in finding it. I walked many places and felt very safe. Plus there was a great little coffee shop very close one direction and a laundry spot a couple of doors down the other direction. I have learned to get my laundry done on the last day in Thailand because for a couple of bucks, I can return home with clean, folded clothes. I think others had the same idea, because I saw several bags of laundry for guests behind the front counter.||Overall, there is almost nothing negative I can say about this place. Maybe have a towel bar for the hand towel in the bathroom? OK. Nit picking over. Feel confident staying here. It is a...

This is a cozy and modern hotel run by really wonderful and friendly staff. The location is excellent in that it’s within walking distance of the old town but set back from the hustle and bustle so it’s quite quiet. The only down side was the rooms. Although they’re modern and have super comfy beds, they are very small. There’s no wardrobe or place to properly hang any clothes and the bathroom has some serious design faults- it’s not possible to sit on the toilet with the door open and the bathroom floods every time you have a shower due to the fact that it’s not enclosed. It had a tiny pool and a gym which has two machines- that’s all. I appreciate the gesture to have one but I think the space could probably be better used as it doesn’t ever seem to be used. Breakfast was included which was nice and it was tasty but unfortunately you had to order it the night before. I’m not sure the reason for this as much of the ingredients are the same- it would be nice if you could choose on the morning. |Notwithstanding the drawbacks, I felt welcomed and enjoyed my stay very much. Chiang Mai is an incredible city and the staff at this hotel...

I stayed a week here. Fern, Toy, Apple, Claire and the team, including two lovely cleaners, do a wonderful job and are very helpful. I cannot fault the hotel and it's in a good location, but you need to be prepared for it to be a little bit small in terms of room size and that's where the boutique aspect comes in. You preorder your breakfast and it is fabulous! The pool is lovely but very cold LOL so make sure it's a very hot day when you jump in! I can happily recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to pay a visit to Chiang Mai. 😀👍 Be sure and go to the Sunday Night Market, it is awesome. The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is also outstanding and be sure and make the time to visit the Silver Hall Temple. It is magnificent!

Had the pleasure of booking 17 rooms at the hotel for a corporate event recently and the staff/ service was nothing short of amazing. They always ensured that their guests were well looked after. The rooms were clean and cosy too. We were affected by the flood during our stay there, but the hotel made sure that we remained safe by relocating us to another one of their partner hotels. They went to the extent of relocating one of our colleagues in the middle of the night just so he could make it to the airport safely in the morning, waded through floodwaters to bring us to the main road and transported our luggages to the other hotel amid the flood. We are deeply grateful for their hospitality.

I had read reviews about the size of the room so I wasn't very surprised by the compactness of it all. Apart from the space, there's really nothing else missing. It's a cozy hotel with great character, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. Everything that you might need is somehow optimally squeezed into the room. The hotel is a short walk from the old city and the night market so if you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring the city, this is one of the best places to stay in.
