Peradise Hotel — Hotel in Beyoğlu

Peradise hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to Galata bridge, 5 minutes to Istiklal Caddesi. Great base in Beyoglu. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Good Wi-Fi, fridge and AC in the rooms (we didn't need to use the heater in February because the room was always warm). Incredibly rude staff. Refused my confirmed reservation. Booked me in another hotel without my consent. Didn’t contact me. Said they would meet me at Galata Tower and then didn’t show. What’s the big deal? It’s 11 30 at night. The prima doña tells me he is canceling my reservation because I’m upset and says he’s not going to do anything to help. Not sure if all rooms were like mine definitely could have been better. The service got better over time as I stayed there for 2 weeks but at the beginning was not satisfied. The night receptionist was great really helpful. I had an incident with one of the day receptionist which left a bad taste in my mouth but they became nicer overtime.
