Popped in for lunch around 12pm just before my return flight. Straight away was so annoyed had missed this place during my travels to Istanbul. The best eating establishment in Istanbul especially Aksaray. What a gem in a gold mine! Beautifully clean, waiter spoke good English and was so polite. Incrediblly clean and five star food preparation facilities. Spacious, bright and even a water feature to soothe the mood. Food portions generous, really really well prepared and most importantly fresh natural ingredients. Selection of exceptional Turkish dishes with a large menu. My only disappointment was I was in a rush to the airport so only spent less than half hour! So so under rated establishment and very competitively priced. Not a tourist rip off but quality for the locals Will definitely return! A great culinary experience to end my stay in...

Sene 2021. Bir iş nedeniyle Aksaray civarındaydım. Saat 14e doğru bir lokanta ararken bu adrese rastladım. İçi geniş, tavanlar yüksek, ferahlatıcı. Masaların üstünde beyaz bezden temiz örtüler. Garsona ne önerirsiniz diue sorduğumda bana kartı getirdi. Kart değil koca bir kitap. Içinde binbir çeşit. Girişten çıkışa kadar çeşitler. Hatay yöresinin yemeklerini bilemediğimden garsonun yardımıyla Belen tava ve bademli pilav aldım. Yemeklerin hazırlanmasını beklerken sıcak pide, tereyağı ve tulum peyniri sunuldu. Yüzümün fırına ve mutfağa dönük olması yemeklerin o anda hazırlanmakta olduğunu gördüm. Önceden hazır hiç bir şey yok. Her ısmarlanan anında hazırlanıyor ve fırına atılıyor ve pişince servis yapılıyor. Görülen alanda 4 kişi çalışmakta. 2 kişi fırınım önünde. Birisi yalnızca hamur işleriyle uğraşırken diğeri kebapları hazılamakta. Diğer ikisi salata ve soslu yemeklerle ilgilenmekteler. Dikkatimi çeken olay bütün bu işlerin sessiz, sakin ve ve huzur içinde yapılması. Tabii doğal olarak bütün restoranda bir sükûnet oluşmakta. Yemeklere gelince ; çok sevdim. Bademli iç pilav harika. Kullanılan uzun pirinç. Belen tava ise muhteşem. Acılı istemiştim; ve istediğim gibi olmuş. Doydum ve çok sevdim. Restoranın ilginç bulduğum diğer yanı ise grup için hazirlanan çeşitler. Örneğin metre kebap, kuzu but....nelerde neler. Fiyatlara gelince bence kaliteye göre dengeli. Kesinlikle yeniden geleceğim. Tatmadığım yemekler çok. Kısacası kesinlikle hiç çekinmeden gidilmeli tatmalı görmeli ve dinlenmeli.

Sene 2025 mayıs başı. Kaliteler aynı. Duble paşa kebabï yedim. Harika. Ilginç ve değişik. Kebab kuzu eti+ şam fıstığı+çam fıstığı+peynir. Isterseniz acılı veya acısız. Mūthis bir tad. Kalabalık giderseniz sanırım metreyle ısmarlıyabilirsiniz. Fiyatīn fazla olup olmadığını bilemiyeceğim. Köftenin malzemesi bol ve içindekiler değerli. 1 duble paşa kebab'ı bir pilav bir de su 1600ytl.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Istanbul. It has a very nice atmosphere, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. They have a wide selection of foods, which makes it sometimes hard to choose from, and they make their own bread fresh and different than what you usually know. Prices are not high generally. I cannot recall having any trouble with food or service in this restaurant. They serve free tea and a plate of fresh fruits after your meal. I advise you to try the 1 meter kebab..! It’s delicious and nice. I highly recommend this restaurant for families...
