Small, old, dirty, cramped, features falling apart, water dripping all night from the toilet, yellow pillows made of dirt, curtains that don’t close properly, shower’s door that don’t slide. Invasion of privacy when I choose to not have my room cleaned and put my “do not disturb” sign but still the manager goes inside and records the whole room without informing me or asking permission to do so. The manager of the Hotel called Tuncay accusing me out of the blue, one afternoon when I was coming back from our morning walk that I slept with someone else’s wife in another room on a different floor because he noticed the elevator going up and down only between the floor I was staying and the one he was suspecting. I told him many times that it wasn’t me and he still insisted “I saw you, I saw your face on the camera”. He then went inside my room during the time I was outside on the morning walk and recorded my personal belongings and the state I had left my room and showed it to me. When I told him that I had put the DND sign on for anyone to go in, he said that I’ve put it afterwards and not before he went in. A complete joke. When I asked to show me footage of the CCTV he said “brotha I don’t like cameras” which is the only way he could get the evidence from. Then he says he found who was it and it wasn’t me and trying to seduce me instead of apologizing he sends me a message offering 25% off my next stay there and asks me to rate him a 10 on the feedback at Booking. Completely ruined my family holiday. All this situation that he created made me think of changing Hotel and book something else for last couple of days but then I stood firm and didn’t accept this unfairness and didn’t give an inch back. I don’t recommend to anyone...

We 6 persons had stayed here 2 periods:- During 18-21 April 2025 (3 nights - 5 rooms) During 26-28 April 2025 (2 nights - 5 rooms) ....... Pro. Location at old town is good. Price is acceptable. ....... Con. Rooms & facilities is so so. (Someday some rooms were cleaned but some rooms were not cleaned.) (All days I stayed, the air-conditioned couldn't power on. I think hotel might be save his cost because the weather wasn't hot.) Breakfast is few varieties and fair taste. Hotel tried to quote the very high price for other service such as hotel quoted 400 EUR for 4 times airport transfer. Later when we didn't OK, he reduced to 320 and 240 EUR meanwhile we used others only 170 EUR. I think Hotel cheated us. On the 16th Dec. 2024 after we booked the rooms, I sent message to him and asked we can leave our 6 big luggage (26-28 inches) during 21-26 April 2025 in hotel luggage store, or not? Hotel answered "We will help". At 5:00 AM. of the 21st April 2025 we left our luggage at the hotel and flied to Izmir Airport. But at 7:26 AM. of the 21st April 2025 Hotel sent message to me, hotel will charge 200 EUR for luggage fee. But I didn't read these messages until we came back to hotel. But even if we did, there was nothing we could do. Later, when we came back to hotel at 23:00 of 26th April 2025. Hotel said to us if we didn't pay 200 EUR he wouldn't check-in. at that time we had almost no choice to choose even though Hotel had broken his word. If On the 16th Dec. 2024 Hotel answered "We will not help or we will charge". We would cancel our reservation and booked...
Read moreMy stay at this hotel was an extremely unpleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by the disrespectful behavior of the reception staff. They greeted us with hostility, aggressively questioning us about our arrival time, despite the fact that we had already paid for the night. The breakfast was also deplorable. The waiter, clearly unprofessional, used his phone to inform us that we were only entitled to two cups, even though the service was supposed to be a buffet. We were the only guests to receive this treatment, under the pretext that the hotel only had 20 cups for 20 rooms. Later, a reception employee repeatedly knocked on our door, insistently and threateningly demanding that we open. After insisting on knowing what he wanted, he ordered us, without any explanation, to stay away from the wall. This attitude was incomprehensible and made us very uncomfortable. Shortly after, the reception called us to ask us to be quieter, even though we were already asleep. In addition, the housekeeping was neglected. The room was not clean, and toiletries were rarely replaced. Finally, the frequent passage of the tram near the hotel caused unpleasant vibrations in the room. At the end of this stay, I felt that I had been discriminated against because of my origin. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to Arab women who may suffer the same treatment. Before booking, I encourage you to prioritize your...
