3rd day in... staff are mostly lovely and breakfast is ok but it is in the basement!!! Extremely noisy!!! Can not even sleep with the windows closed!!! The view of the room is a black cement wall with scaffoldings... Asked for the room to be changed, even though they have other rooms available still nothing after 3 days!!! Massive issue with booking and my original reservation was cancelled 3h before my arrival as there was a issue with the card payment, the hotel did not even try to contact me to resolve the issue and I was on the plane when they cancelled my reservation without notice, even though I contacted them through 1 week before my arrival but they did not reply and correctly and accordingly!!! The swimming pool is out of order and they have not mentioned on the website which is misleading to attract customers!!! Was told to go to another hotel to use the pool. We have paid for the service but the service is not provided!!! I DO not recommend this hotel or any of the hotels at ORKA Hotels group!!!!! They are making millions but not providing the service!!! There is much better hotels around the same area as two of our friends are two minutes from our hotel and the hotel they staying has one star less but much better service. Definitely NOT recommended!!! Do not recommend!!!
Very noisy you can not sleep!!! The swimming pool out of order!!! Told to go to another hotel to use swimming pool when we paid to use it in our hotel!!! Cancelled my original reservation without notice!!! Beacuse of card payment issue which the hotel did not make absolute no effort to contact me directly to resolve the issue!!! My family are not happy and this has been a pretty horrible experience!!!

Read moreThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The problems began from the first day and just kept piling up.
Dishonest airport transfer – I requested the price in advance, but they refused to tell me. The driver took a long, roundabout route, and we arrived close to midnight.
Wrong Room Assignment I booked a double-bed room but was given a twin room. When I requested the correct room type, they claimed the hotel was fully booked and asked me to wait until the next day. I reluctantly agreed.
Ridiculous Room “Solution” The next day, they tried to "solve" the issue by pushing the twin beds together—even though a wall lamp was dangerously positioned right above the beds. Only after I refused several times did they miraculously find a double room. This made it clear to me that the staff were dishonest and simply unwilling to do their job properly.
Unsafe conditions – The air conditioner was leaking water directly onto an electrical socket. I reported it, but the hotel staff did nothing.
Extremely noisy – A tram line runs directly in front of the hotel and operates day and night. It was impossible to get proper rest.
No hot water – On the second night, the hot water wasn’t working, and staff again claimed they could do nothing about it.
Power outage – On the third night, the hotel lost power. No lights, no elevator, no air conditioning, not even running water. The staff still offered no solution or apology.
Refund refused – After all these issues, I asked for compensation or a partial refund, and they completely refused.
Taxi scam on departure – On the last day, they insisted on booking a taxi for me. It arrived late, nearly making me miss my flight. The fare was higher than they promised, and the driver denied any agreement.
I rarely write reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The hotel is unsafe, noisy, poorly managed, and the staff are dishonest and unhelpful. Strongly advise others...
