We had a booking from 5th to 8th October 2018 but today we checked out because we didnt come to an arrangement with the hotelmanager. He laught because of us and don't want to see the problems.
The room was in the basement without lights. Today morning was like yesterday night while we arrive. The housekeeping room and toilet for staff personal and the kitchen where the breakfast where prepared is against our room in the basement. So at 5 starts with very loud work. But the room is also not okay; in our opinion. We had a lot of mold and vermin. It also smells like vermin. The water flew down at the wall a make a wet ground in the bathroom. It was always a puddle in the middle of the bathroom. The manager said it's from washing hands and don't want to see the lot of vermin. If we wanted a upgrade room we had to pay 20€ per night. We paid 45 € for the horrible room. The pictures from the website don't show this room or something like this. He can't make an offer and give something worst thing; thats fraud. And if we want something like we booked he want 2x20 € more!!! He also ment that we can't get something different like this. And we told him that we had a hotel it was much better like this not far away and he meant: "Okay, go there!"
We had a very bad night! So we could booked about he internet and other hotel where we can stay the other two nights.
