I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sultan House Hotel during my visit to Istanbul, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Located near Sultanahmet, this charming family hotel offers everything one could ask for in terms of cleanliness, friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was well-maintained and spotless. It was evident that the management takes great care in ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for their guests.

The staff at Sultan House Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city. Their warm and attentive service truly enhanced my stay.

One of the highlights of my mornings at the hotel was the delightful breakfast spread. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with a selection of both local and international dishes. The freshly baked pastries and aromatic Turkish tea were a perfect way to start each day.

Being situated next to Sultanahmet and Ayasofya, Sultan House Hotel offers an unbeatable location for exploring Istanbul's historical treasures. Within a short walking distance, I was able to visit iconic landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. The convenience of having these attractions nearby made my sightseeing experience incredibly enjoyable.

In conclusion, Sultan House Hotel in Istanbul is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly accommodation. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sultan House during my visit to Istanbul, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of Istanbul, just a stone's throw away from Sultanahmet Square. This central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the iconic landmarks and attractions of the city, including Sultanahmet, Eminönü, and the breathtaking Ayasofya.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Sultan House. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Mr. Zeynel, the owner, deserves special mention for his exceptional hospitality and genuine care for his guests. His presence added a personal touch to the entire experience, and I truly appreciated his efforts to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable.

The rooms at Sultan House were immaculate and well-appointed, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Istanbul. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I felt right at home throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols provided me with peace of mind during these uncertain times.

Overall, I cannot recommend Sultan House highly enough for anyone visiting Istanbul. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, this hotel offers everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay in this vibrant city. Thank you to the entire team at Sultan House for making my time in Istanbul truly unforgettable. I look forward to...

No way... the worst hotel ever! Absolut NICHT tragbar...

We had a booking from 5th to 8th October 2018 but today we checked out because we didnt come to an arrangement with the hotelmanager. He laught because of us and don't want to see the problems.

The room was in the basement without lights. Today morning was like yesterday night while we arrive. The housekeeping room and toilet for staff personal and the kitchen where the breakfast where prepared is against our room in the basement. So at 5 starts with very loud work. But the room is also not okay; in our opinion. We had a lot of mold and vermin. It also smells like vermin. The water flew down at the wall a make a wet ground in the bathroom. It was always a puddle in the middle of the bathroom. The manager said it's from washing hands and don't want to see the lot of vermin. If we wanted a upgrade room we had to pay 20€ per night. We paid 45 € for the horrible room. The pictures from the website don't show this room or something like this. He can't make an offer and give something worst thing; thats fraud. And if we want something like we booked he want 2x20 € more!!! He also ment that we can't get something different like this. And we told him that we had a hotel it was much better like this not far away and he meant: "Okay, go there!"

We had a very bad night! So we could booked about he internet and other hotel where we can stay the other two nights.

We booked the Maya Hotel. This is not really far away but it's so...

Sultan House hotel is an apartment turned into a hotel with two sections across the street. One has a lift while the other one do not. It is almost at one end of the Hippodrome square, so half of the must-visit places (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica cistern, Arasta Bazaar etc.) is within a 5 km radius. There is a metro stop on the other end of Hippodrome square, hence it is very conveniently located. The ferry stop is also within 15 min walking distance. With a big balcony, 24 hour hot water and big rooms, i will recommend staying here.
