Ozi Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Fatih

After days of eating kebabs, it was nice to change it up a bit with some great tasting pizza.

Overall: The pizza at Ozi was delicious! They have a preset menu of different pizzas you can choose from and you can add or remove ingredients as you wish. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is nice and they have a TV if you want to catch some sports while you eat.

Location: Centrally located near the Blue Mosque so easy to get to if you’re in the Sultanahmet area.

Food: While we ordered the pizzas, they have a variety of different foods on their menu from kebabs, salads, pastas, seafood, burgers, and others. We got the Ranchero pizza and Mediterranean pizza. We enjoyed both but really liked the Ranchero. As an appetizer, we got the Rocket Salad, which was also very good.

Portion Size: For pizzas, they have medium, large, and extra large. You can see the portion sizes on the wall at the front of the restaurant. The mediums are very small (essentially a personal pizza). The large pizza is equivalent to a medium pizza in the US. For 3 people, we ordered 2 large pizzas and subsequently a medium (we walked a lot that day).

Price point: Honestly, the price is a bit higher than we expected for pizza. But the pizzas were good and the service was great.

Service: Courteous, humble, professional, and timely.

Ambiance: Casual. They have some limited outdoor seating for 1-2 people but majority of seating is inside. We sat next to the TV and got to watch the track and field...

The behaviour of staff was very rude.

As if he was doing a favour by serving me food.

I am a pure vegetarian.

I would have written five star for the food, but the mood was spoiled because of staff behaviour.

I would recommend people if you would like to have food here. Please be prepared. Staff does not have any manners, especially the person who takes order.

I often visit to Istanbul. We have very limited option for vegetarian. I have even forwarded also informed people from my locality.

Kindly don’t visit this place because the staff does not know how to behave .

I can understand, you are a very good manipulator of words from Hotel to family restaurant.

Even I had visited with my family, and they were also upset by the behaviour of your staff with me, he might be having his personal issues, but that cannot be removed at professional please, where I have honoured him with respect. Professional place is family restaurant, your staff workplace. Maybe I’m not giving you any chance for manipulating.

Your staff voice might be low soft, but he has no right to tell us get lost in Turkish . He was not aware that I speak, Turkish.

In your reply, you did not even spoke anything about your stuff, and if you review below, there are many more complaints about the staff by God grace, your food is good.

By the way, your Hummus is Not worth eating . Only Pizza.
