I had booked and prepaid for a shuttle to take us from the apartment to the airport and the pick up time was 10.30am When the day arrived, at 10.35 I went to the agency to ask what's happening because normally the car picking you up is on time if not earlier. After taking some time to find out what's happening, the agent realised that they had a customer the day before with the same first name which probably means they forgot about my reservation... I was reassured after a few minutes that the driver is on his way 5-10' away, just stuck in traffic. Long story short, that was apparently a hell of a traffic cause the driver showed up 1 hour after our original pick up time on a reservation made 3 days in advance. Needless to say this caused us a lot of stress about making it in time for our flights and definitely ruining our last day of holidays. No one felt any remorse, no apologies were made and when I kept saying that I want back at least a partial refund for all the fiasco, the agent was just looking away. This may not be the agency's direct fault but they weren't organised enough -first name mix up and not making sure on the day of the appointment that everybody is on their pick up route already. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional given that they did nothing at all to make up for...

This was one of the highlights of our vacation. The sights are incredible. Both cities have their own beauty and identity. At Ephesus it feels like you become part of history. We had a Pragliding tour in Pamukalle, which is well worth it. This trip would not have been the same if it wasn't for Abdullatif, the tour operator, that made all the arrangements and made sure that everything was absolutely perfect for us. His agency is excellent and without a doubt we will make use of him and his team when next we visit Turkey. We also had him arrange a 2 day tour for us to Mt Nemrud. Once again, Abdullatif made sure that everything was perfect. All transfers was on time, flights was on Turkish Airways and they made sure we reached the airports with ample time to check in. All the accommodation on both trips was comfortable. We stayed at the Nemrut Euphrat Hotel in Adıyaman Kahta, which was quite an experience. our room was on the top terrace and even had a jacuzzi. Both trips is great for first timers as well as returning vacationers. THANK YOU to Abdullatif and his team for the wonderful time we could spend seeing...

The drivers and guides were excellent and always on time. We stayed in a real cave hotel in Goreme and a lovely hotel with Seaview in Kusadasi. They also organized our hot air balloon trip, the highlight of our tour.

All the cities on our tour were beautiful and interesting.
