La Boutique Maya — Hotel in Fethiye

Been to this hotel 4 times over 5 years and got say this hotel has really gone down hill. Rooms looking very tired and dirty, cup ring stains on all the white furniture, thick layer of dust on skirting boards and ledges. Black hairs all over the floor and bedding when we arrived. Patio furniture dirty. This is our 1st year experiencing their take on a continental breakfast (they used to do a superb order fresh breakfast, such as a full English, poached eggs or scrambled eggs on toast, pancakes etc. ) this must be the worst continental breakfast in Turkey, who wants yesterdays soup, broccoli, cauliflower, cold chips and a poor selection of cold cheese and salad for breakfast!!!! ||No-one could understand English and ordered me a taxi when I asked for our return taxi to be cancelled. Ordered a tuna sandwich and recieved a tuna salad... ||The towels were a dirty off white/yellowish colour. The bins were overflowing. ||They tried to add extra food and drinks onto our room when we checked out.||AND as for the courtesy room OMG it was disgusting, the toilet was full of poo, the shower was absolutely filthy and the room packed full with spare items. I refused to get changed I there and had to make do with the ladies toilet.||I'm sorry to say we will not be returning to this hotel, which is such a shame as this used to be our favourite place to stay on our wedding...

Just got back from a fantastic holiday at the La Boutique Maya.| The staff are so polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. Carmel is so sweet.|We had a swim up pool room, very spacious clean and tidy we had the room|cleaned daily.|There is a coffee machine, fridge and safe all free.|We had our own balcony with sunbeds and an umbrella.|No rush for the pool sunbeds in the mornings.|The free breakfast has enough selection for everyone, cereals, omelettes and toasties, fruit and fresh bread rolls.|The daytime menu at the pool bar is very extensive with lots to choose from. We ate|here everyday and the food was lovely.|Leaving the hotel you have a short walk to the strip where all the bars and many|restaurant's are. At the end of the strip is the beach, here there are some lovely|beach restaurants where you can sit and watch the paragliders come in.|We recommend Buzz Beach Bar and Sey Restaurant and The Hangout Restaurant.|Take a taxi from the hotel (only 5 mins) to Babadag mountain and go on the cable car to the top to watch the paragliders take off, restaurants at the top.|There are 2 hotel dogs who are so friendly and cute we were sad to say...
