Hotel Imparator — Hotel in Fethiye

Stayed here for two and a half weeks. The family running the hotel are seriously dysfunctional. The eldest daughter - Sergi and hotel manager - Sevki are verbally abusive and threatening to guests that they don't like the look of. It is shocking that they have a hatred of young British girls. They bullied my daughter and friend during their holiday, refused to clean their room and hounded them out of the hotel. They have a history of this awful behaviour. The good reviews on Tripadvisor are from couples who have been given discounts on food, drinks and accommodation. They manipulate the guests into ignoring the vicious family fights in reception and offer them incentives. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We are in the process of undertaking a major complaint against them through our holiday company. See Facebook and Tripadvisor for the real reviews rated average, poor and terrible. Our holiday company moved us out of the hotel because my girls were being threatened for reasons we didn't even know about apart from the fact that the female staff didn't like how beautiful they were and they were insanely jealous. Avoid this hotel if you have teenage girls for definate because your holiday will be ruined by...

The hotel was clean tidy, with small well maintained rooms with generally good shower facilities. Some people mentioned they were too small, but realistically how long do you stay in your room.. Mmm let me think, only to sleep and shower/change should be the answer. The pool was small but adequate for the number staying around it, once again the pool area was well maintained. Adjoining the pool was a bar which at night was a good meeting area to be social with other guests. They offered a good food snack range that was in line with cost of other food providers surrounding them. No fridge in rooms but let's get real. If they did provide them we would only fill them with popand goodies from a shop and not buy their goods from the bar. They are not stupid

Charges were made for air conditioning and safe £40 for air conditioning and £30 for safe key.

Overall a sound 3.5 to 4.

Would i go back. Having seen other hotels in different locations whilst at the resort, I would say no. But not because the imparator was bad, far from it. Just because what I saw seemed to better located and some also did not apply extra charges for A/C

The resort in general was higher priced than others I have been...

How on earth people can say this is a great hotel is a complete mystery.|I arrived late at night..like 1 am in fact.. quiet and standard check in..and given key to my room and told where to go..if you have seen the movie Midnight Express his conditions were better than mine...this place is the pits ..the shower had wood nailed to it at the bottom to stop water ...it didn't and flooded the tiny almost unusable shower room...could barely open door..the balcony I couldn't use as it had a tree almost coming into my room and the room itself had a window looking on to the walk way outside ..the room was tiny and a t.v screwed to wall..I expected to see myself on there someone demanding ransom money..the bar staff although not pushy gave the impression they didn't want anyone but locals there so maybe they give me the worst room at the place I don't know..they also wouldn't let me and another guy use the pool table ..but ok locals playing on it..internet for phone ..no chance unless sat at bar...I asked for a Pina colada and I got orange squash... warm! Olu Deniz is an amazing place ..this hotel isn't..it's bogging cheap and nasty...the dog was lovely..but...
