recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Premier M Four Hotel in Dubai, and it was an exceptional experience. Located in the heart of Deira, the historic center of Dubai, the hotel offers an elegant and upscale four-star retreat. Situated in the vibrant area of Al Rigga, this well-appointed property provides an exceptional blend of traditional hospitality and contemporary amenities.
The hotel features 175 guestrooms and suites, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the city's rich views and multifaceted culture. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience. With two international restaurants on the premises, complemented by a rooftop shisha café, the culinary options were diverse and satisfying. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of dishes, catering to various tastes.
Leisure facilities at the Best Western Premier M Four Hotel are outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor rooftop heated panoramic swimming pool, which provided a relaxing environment with a sunbed area. The fully equipped gym, sauna, and steam room catered to my wellness needs, and the spa treatments were rejuvenating.
The hotel's location is highly convenient, being just a five-minute walk from both Al Ghurair Shopping Mall and the Al Rigga Metro Station. This made it easy to explore key attractions such as Deira City Centre, Gold Souk, Naif Souk, and Baniyas. Additionally, Dubai International Airport is only 6.8 kilometers away, making travel to and from the hotel hassle-free.
The staff at the hotel were courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Their professionalism and friendliness added to the overall positive experience.
In summary, my stay at the Best Western Premier M Four Hotel was memorable, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
Read moreIts a shame that I need to provide 1 star just for the staffs behaviour as the rooms were very nice.||We had a kid in our group who could not have breakfast so we took 4 slices of bread with us and staffs at the restaurant were treating us like thieves and arguing with us even though we said we paid for the breakfast and taking 4 slices of bread should not be a problem but they insisted we should pay and ended up paying 5 AED. Restaurant staffs including the manager were very rude. This was complained to the hotel manager named Salman I think who said he will talk to the restaurant manager who was a lady (dont know her name but she was an asian lady) and said he will make sure we will be apologised for the behaviour however that never happened as they dont care about guests and their concerns.||To be honest all issues started at the start as we were asked to check into a different hotel, apparently they were over booked and with kid and elders we thought it was a genuine mistake and we accommodated their request for 1 night as requested and then Checked in again to this hotel for 3 nights which was a night mare to be honest, but we kind of adjusted.||Their behaviour and action for 4 slices of bread is obviously not acceptable.||I would not recommend this hotel just for the staffs behaviour particularly in the restaurant where they were really rude and dont care about the guests. They treat white skin differently than brown skin apparently thinking we are from a third world country but I kept telling them I stay in UK never seen hotels providing breakfast behaving such badly to their guests.||Worst experience overall and it spoiled our trip….||For info hotel manager took the bill I paid for the bread and kept it with him to ensure I dont post that in the review.||Check in date 25th Dec||Check out date 29th Dec||Booked under the name -...
