My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights on October 5, 2025. It was meant to be a celebration for my 50th birthday, but it turned into a nightmare. From the receptionists to the housekeeping staff, the service was unhelpful, rude, and sometimes lazy. We requested clean towels three times, but our request was ignored. Finally, on our last night, they handed us a towel after we demanded it—very rude staff member Rasali told me, in an almost angry tone, “give me the dirty towel before I give a new one,” instead of addressing my repeated requests. Our room was not cleaned despite our requests. When we were out, they only took out the trash and tidied the bed, leaving the wet towel on the floor and the room visibly unclean. The curtains were out of the hooks and not fixed. We have consistently found the housekeeping service to be unsatisfactory. Our room has not been cleaned. Additionally, while we were in our room, we could clearly hear housekeeping staff nearby, as their service area door was open and our room is not soundproof. We heard them texting and playing on their phones rather than performing their duties or attempting to provide service. No one knocked on our door to offer housekeeping.During our four-day stay, they never replenished bottled water. When we asked, they said the complimentary water was only provided upon check-in and any request afterward would be charged—something we found surprising, as this is not typical in Dubai hotels we have stayed in 4-5 times annually. Their rates are comparable to good hotels in Dubai, yet their service quality was very poor. Additionally, the rooms aren't soundproof; the noise from two bars on the ground floor kept us awake until they closed at 4:00am. Instead of relaxing, our stay was stressful and upsetting. If there were a zero-star option, I would give it for their poor service, dirty rooms, stained towels, and unhygienic pillows and blankets.
The hotel’s Wi-Fi is poor and weak! Intermittent and the connection is often lost, especially throughout the day.
Before I forget: we had to buy coffee and tea at the grocery store because none was offered complimentary. Our sole request was to borrow two cups, but the staff provided a small, unacceptable jar—maybe for pouring milk—instead. It was quite off-putting.

Read moreFirst of all, anyone who is traveling, know that this hotel is not for families. It seems that it runs on one night stand guests. Second the hotel is worst than a sharing accommodation. Check the photographs. The room, the washroom and other stuff was dirty and out of order. More than anything else there are physical hazards and you are not careful you will end up having a life changing injury. #Hotels.com is equally contributing towards making people fool while booking procedure by providing wrong rating and false customer reviews. The washroom is too dirty, you would not want to touch anything. There is no shower curtain which result in entire washroom floor flooding when you take bath. And then you will step out from tub on a flooded floor with a severe risk of slip and fall. When I notified reception and asked for shower curtain they did nothing. Check photographs. The tub is around 2.5 ft higher than washroom floor, you will have to climb up and down while there are not steps to support climb. Telephone not working TV was not working, when notified to reception they sent someone next morning to look into it who said the TV will have to be changed. Change on third day of my stay. Room wasn't even dusted. There was dust everywhere. The room is too dark. Only couple of spot lights were working rest all lights bulbs and tubes were either fused and not replaced The major problem was the response from the management. After asking reception to place shower curtain so the floor of washroom foes not get wet and remove the danger of slip and all. She said we will put curtain. When I came back and asked is all requested stuff done, she said go and check its done. When I entered in the room i was surprised that nothing was done. The roof of washroom was leaking from the toilet above. Now if that leakage was from drain line or what, I dont know. Fungus infested, contamination alert. Pay more and stay somewhere else. You have...
