Wow!!!
I will never be staying anywhere else for our Disneyland trips! And I'll be sure that all my friends and family stay here as well!
Our visit was about 3 weeks ago. Randy at the front desk was amazing!!! He helped us with our reservation the night before we arrived and got us a fantastic deal. He was also able to help us with a recommendation for a scooter rental company. The check in process was quick and easy (especially after arriving late from our long drive!)
The room itself was wonderful. It had a microwave and mini fridge for us to use, a comfortable sitting area and the beds were heavenly after a tiresome drive and our two days visiting the parks!!! The bathroom was nice and spacious, as was the closet for our belongings. Everything was clean and the down bedding was so incredibly comfortable. The room was not too hot, not too cold. Plenty of comfortable pillows and a floor length mirror to check out your outfit of the day and take cute selfies with great lighting. The little desk area also worked great as a little vanity area (I brought my own mirror for that) and there was plenty of outlets all over to plug in our phones. Also lots of lamps and different lighting options. I really enjoyed the little reading lamp at every headboard of the beds. It made the perfect nightlight!
We also got to experience the Disneyland fireworks show from the hotel patio the night we arrived. They had a nice little fire going and it was just so awesome!
There's a nice breakfast bar every morning and we were glad to not have to go hunt for a breakfast place or eat fast food before heading to the parks (saved us some $ there!) It's your usual hotel breakfast spread, but it was filling and plenty variety to choose from.
There's also a little convenience store in the front lobby. We didn't use it, but it was nice to know it was there just in case. There's also a gas station within walking distance which is nice for last minute things before heading to the parks. We didn't use the gym or the pool so I have no info on those.
The location is phenomenal. It's basically behind the Mickey and Friends parking structure. There is a $25 parking fee at the hotel, which is about as much as the Disney parking costs. It was just more convenient for us to leave our car at the hotel and take the mile or so trek in our handy dandy scooters, about a 15 minute ordeal (Fun fact: this helped us beat traffic!!!) It's also close to the freeway.
The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure to greet every guest they walked by. This really stood out to me! It didn't matter if it was housekeeping, the front desk staff or kitchen staff. All friendly faces and pleasant!
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and I can't wait to visit again at the end of October!! This place is a little gem and the pricing isn't too bad on the wallet. If I could give it a higher review, I would! Again, I'm never ever staying anywhere else when visiting Anaheim!
I wish I had taken photos...
Read moreAfter a long 10 hour road trip to Anaheim, my wife, our friends and I were all exhausted and ready to get to our room and get comfortable. My wife and the couple we traveled with had all previously stayed at different hotels around the area, yet it was my first time ever experiencing the excitement and luxury of Anaheim. As I entered the front doors of this beautiful hotel I was greeted with warm smiles by a couple of employees working the front counter. They were very informative and answered my many questions and concerns with patience and ease. As we ventured up to our room we enjoyed the clean and quiet atmosphere of the lobby and hallways. The room we stayed in had two very comfortable queen size beds with a clean bathroom and cozy couch to relax on. The desk with the office chair and the larger than expected closet added to our experience as we had plenty of space for two couples. We all had been anticipating our chance to exercise and swim so we took the first moment we got after we settled in to our room. The exercise room had a couple treadmills, dumbbells and a bench among a few other machines which were sufficient. The pool was large but only reached about 5 feet deep. The hot tub fit 4 people comfortably. There were clean towels in the pool area to use. There were also great bathrooms outside for those using the pool. That night we slept like babies on our fantastic queen beds that were super comfortable. The thermostat was user-friendly and the AC ran properly and consistently. The next morning as we made our way to the eating area we were so impressed as we saw all the food being served to many families and business groups by friendly employees. The breakfast tasted even better than it looked! Delicious scrambled eggs, some with onions and peppers; a daily rotation between bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy; it was all exquisite. You could also make your own waffles, eat oatmeal, fruit or pastries. After consuming the high quality breakfast that first morning I had to plan two trips every morning to eat as much delicious food as possible. The hotel is also perfect walking distance, 10 minutes tops, to the Disneyland guest parking garage where we took the tram to the parks. Parking at the hotel is also very accessible and accommodating. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our 5 night stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The experience truly was magical and framed our picture perfect trip...
Read moreI booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a shuttle to Disneyland and breakfast included in the price—two key factors in my decision. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations.||Parking & Arrival:|Upon arrival, I noticed that the front parking bays were blocked off by the hotel, even though they were empty. This forced us to park far from the reception area, which was inconvenient—especially considering the $30 per day parking fee. For that price, the least they could do is make the closer spots available to guests.||Check-In Experience:|Check-in was just okay. I mentioned an issue with my Bonvoy membership, but the front desk staff offered no real assistance—just sent me another email, which didn’t help. I needed actual support, not a brush-off. Same was with Check-out when she asked about Membership, I explained my issue and she brushed it off not assistance or guidance was given.||Shuttle Service Disappointment:|Then came the disappointing news about the shuttle. It’s not the hotel’s own service, and it makes multiple stops, significantly delaying the trip to Disneyland. This was not clearly explained on the website. We ended up using Uber, which cost more and defeated the purpose of choosing this hotel.||Room & Noise Issues:|The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, we were placed right next to the elevator, which meant constant noise from people and the elevator “ping” throughout the night. It disrupted our sleep multiple times.||Bathroom & Housekeeping:|The bathroom was another letdown. The shower had extremely low water pressure, making it difficult and unpleasant to use—especially with long hair. On the plus side, there were plenty of towels, and housekeeping was provided every other day.||Breakfast Quality:|Breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but it was a major disappointment. The eggs were watery (likely powdered), the food selection was minimal and poor in quality, and the two tiny waffle stations were overwhelmed by large crowds. The sausage was overcooked and tasted oddly plant-based. After the first day, we opted to eat breakfast elsewhere.||Overall Impression:|It felt like the hotel was trying to charge extra for every little thing while cutting corners on the basics. I usually enjoy Marriott properties, but this stay was a letdown. I won’t be returning and have already started looking at other hotel brands for...
