Subway — Restaurant in Anaheim

This location lies to their customers about the restroom being out of order so they don't have to let customers use it. After realizing the restroom had supposedly been out of order every time I had visited this location for over a year, I asked one of the staff members about it, and she said it didn't flush. I just looked at other reviews and found a review from August of 2017 saying that the restroom had been out of order for a very long time. As we were eating, I saw a staff member go into the restroom, so I got up to wait outside the door. I heard her very clearly as she used the restroom, then I heard the toilet paper, then I heard the toilet flush without an issue, but strangely no sound of her washing her hands. As she opened the door, I reached for the handle since I could tell the restroom was functioning without an issue, and she forcefully pulled the door closed and said it was out of order then walked quickly to the back as I was in the middle of asking her a question so that there was nobody for me to discuss my issue with.

I've been a customer of this subway for over 20 years I've never got the specials and I've used a coupon every now and then not all the time. I don't understand why the lady got mad and forced me to buy more expensive sandwiches. Then she didn't want to give me 1 for free that was the sell that was going on you bought 2and you got 1 free. She was mad and gave me old bread and meat. It not my fault that she was having a bad day. She was very mean and aggressive trying to add as much taxes as she could. I used to like this subway, I didn't anymore. I wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone the employees are mean and overcharge you for old bread and meat. Something that should have cost $45 to $50,ended up costing me $65. Don't eat here they...

Ever get the feeling that you walked into the wrong restaurant??? I just did. The young lady working at this Subway entirely ignored me for about 20 seconds as she loaded bread onto a rack. I know that doesn't seem like much...but when you're standing there waiting it seems like an eternity.

All she had to say was "I'll be right with you." A smile would have been nice. As she made my sandwich and took my money she didn't smile once. Either she was having a really bad day or she hated being there. I suspect it was the latter.

That's Ok, we've all had jobs we've hated. I understand. But please, find a job you like. If you can't at least simulate courtesy then get one far far away from the general...
